Huge selection and knowledgeable staff my favorite place to have a coffee and read

The cashier was having issues with someone's membership card which caused the line to backup. The manager was called and he resolved the issue but proceeded to walk away from the large line instead of helping the one lone cashier. I will not be coming back unless I have enough time to stand in a 20 minute line.

Great store. Big, spacious. Many, many titles.

This is one of my favorite store's. Customer service is awesome in the fact that you can look around and your own pace makes it even better. I can get lost in the store for hours

Always have enjoyed shopping there!!! B&N is a cozy bookstore, and the staff are helpful. I personally love getting bargain priced books, AmericanGirl, and appropriate adult fiction :) I recommend this for book lovers (any genre)!!

Great place lots of books to work and get added a lot to my list the coffee place in there we not a good idea though

Pleasantly surprised! I could have spent the day looking. So much more than a book store. Books, cards, toys,gifts& games, and a Starbucks cafe.
