Love this place... They have so much more than just books! Could spend all day here!

Very helpful staff and a wonderful selection of not only book but other related product. These include book/movie themed puzzles, toys, figurines, and collectibles. This location also has a Starbucks, which is a nice area to sit in a read the material you just purchased. While here, it almost feels like a library in that it's a nice, quiet atmosphere where you can just relax and consume media (and maybe coffee if you want).

A huge selection of books. Great service. Easy to purchase online and pickup at the store.

For as busy as it was around Christmas, I still had an excellent experience. Customer service was very friendly, lines weren't an extreme wait time, still decently quiet (no yelling or loud rackets). I was able to find my book series and had time of mind to keep searching through other series to see what's interesting.

I know you can buy books online, or read them off some kind of technology. But you really can't beat having a bookshelf at home. This is the best place to go find those pages to read.

Very knowledgeable staff and manager; friendly and professional. If I don't find what I need in the store, they often have ordered it for me from B&N online.

Loved their starbucks. Young man was there Sebastian. Very courteous young man! He even gave me on a few good tips on books too. I am through 2 of the 3 he mention. Loved them!!!!

I was very disappointed in the store yesterday. They didn't have acpricevon a book and when I dared ask the worker was rather rude. There was no hop in the store and I probably won't shop there again. I prefer a happy environment. Do they realize I can get everything online. It is a shame they don't care.

Its Barnes & Noble. A huge bookstore with a Starbucks coffee shop inside. My 5 star rating is for the employees. We were trying to find something and the staff were very attentive, helpful, and courteous. So enjoyable to find that again!!

What's not to like about Barnes & Noble?. Covid has taken a shine off of so much... However, entering a book store is treat despite the plague. I had ordered 3 items on-line. One had to ship separately. But I gladly made the drive to State College for the others. While I was there I found what I know will be my 2 year old grandson's favorite gift...All of the characters from Super Wings. The people, staff and customers were all smiling behind their masks.... A yummy oatmeal cookie and I was on the road home.

Saw an interesting book on sale so I got it. The interior looks great and they have good service.
