Enjoyed relaxing and reading some books. Unfortunately, the indoors cafe had closed earlier after 3:30pm due to staffing issues.

Quick and pleasant service for the item I needed.

Clean and quiet environment. I received what seems to be like an amazing recommendation by another customer.

They have a decent selection of books, some of the more obscure titles will probably need to be ordered. The Starbucks Cafe is usually very good, but it's inconsistent in its hours of operation. It's probably better to support smaller booksellers, but it's hard not to love any store that allows you to lounge with a good book.

An associate overheard me talking about a book about spices and decided to look the book up for me and somehow miraculously find it and offer to order it for me. Best service and I didn't even have to ask for it. Wish I got his name because he was awesome.

Barista chatted with two other customers for 20m while we waited

Clean and well organized store. I overheard the staff making changes to the layout and they took care and pride to make meaningful and well rounded displays.

Great place, great employees hands down always willing to help and offer an ear. Pricing is great it's a book store 😅

I had to hunt down a staff member but once I did I had 2 of them helping my children find books that they might like to read. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable even my pickiest child found their suggestions intriguing. Many thanks to them for helping to encourage a love for reading in my kids.
