Sensational service here. Kind and friendly staff. Great beverages and sweets. Nice location with street parking. Ambiance is exactly what you want in a coffee shop. Definitely stop in here when you are in town! I will be back again for sure.

Very quaint inside, the kind of place you don’t mind spending some time over coffee. I ordered an iced coffee. Decent flavor but a little too bitter for my taste. But I plan to go back when visiting Kennett again and try some other items.

This place felt like home away from home. We enjoy our local coffee house and this place made us feel at home. Thank you for the great drinks!

Those breakfast sandwiches were terrible; bland, poor texture... threw mine away. DO NOT ORDER. Blueberry loaf - just as bad, lacking flavor or positive texture, just threw mine away. Poppyseed muffin, delicious, even though it was a day old. Coffee okay if you like fruity coffee, which I do not.

Best coffee in the heart of mushroom capital. Small breakfast and lunch menu with some daily sweets and kombucha. Friendly staff. Can be difficult to grab a seat or two during busy hours. Fantastic mocha lattes.

Great coffee in a great atmosphere. Philter has become the place for people to meet in Kennett Square, and you'll regularly see people from local government, civic groups and more, meeting and working together for the community- over coffee at Philter. The coffee and food are exceptionally good, and they have decent wifi, making it the local center for folks who telecommute but want to get out of the house.

I have been here twice. Once before shutdown and again this morning. Both times the staff were incredibly friendly and the coffee was phenomenal. I got a cortado today and it was easily the best cortado I’ve had in this area. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.
