The Butcher Shoppe / Big Oak Cafe

You must made the trip. Bring your cooler. Helpful staff. They will package in freezer wrap so you should plan to stock up. We love the loose breakfast sausage. They have a turkey, regular and pepper and onion. Bakery, prepared foods, deli and much more. Big Oak is a great spot for lunch too

Expensive, but the quality is worth it. I don't do my full grocery shopping here, but return weekly for things like salad dressing, cheese dip, macaroni salad, and of course, meat. The coffee shop is great, too, following the same trend of excellent but pricey, with bonuses of a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff.

Love this place. They always have the best meats and cheeses.

Love the variety of ready made foods, my husband and I have different tastes so when we can't decide what we want to eat we just take a short drive to The Butcher Shoppe and pick what we are hungry for and that's our dinner. Great people working there very friendly and pleasant experience everytime.

Great grocery store and coffee shop!

Nice local butcher/grocery store to visit. They have an array of "home made" style soups, take home meals, breads and a nice salad bar. A little expensive at times but the quality is always good. Their puddings are amazing!

I was so excited to book our wedding cake and cupcakes from the Butcher Shoppe. My husband and I have never had a bad experience with any baked goods. We tried the samples for the wedding cake and they were all so delicious! We chose to do cupcakes instead of a large tiered cake so that it would be a moist cake instead of a more compact dry cake. The cake and cupcakes looked good when we picked them up, but were extremely dry and even a little brown on the outsides.We were very disappointed with the outcome for our wedding day.

The made to order subs were delicious

I always love coming here! So many things to choose from but my go to is their beef pot pie 🤤... not to mention all of the bakery goodies. I definitely recommend going here, they have something for everyone!
