I was all over the Internet looking for this certain cranberry rice mix- I ended up calling the company to see if anyone carries it near me.
The Butcher Shop does- I live in Wilkes-Barre and there's a shop in the Poconos.
Thank God that I got Karen on the phone- the Butcher Shop that carries the rice is in Chambersburg, not the Poconons- I would've wasted so much time. Karen went out of her way to ship the rice to me as I use it in my stuffing for Thanksgiving.
I get a message from Karen stating that the box was never shipped out but that she was personally taking care of it and that I'll have it in time for Thanksgiving-
I did get it in time- thank you Karen for going out of your way- you made my holiday perfect.
Just wish your shop was closer to me rather than 150 miles away.

Great quality and selection of food. Some of the best tasting desserts. Everything you need to create amazing meals. The Big Oak Cafe is a must visit as well with a nice selection of delicious food.

Just stop in!!! I always find amazing eats. Everything is fresh, and the employees are a delight. Also great for people who don’t like to cook. There is many options of ready made meals easy to heat and taste homemade!

This is the best meat market ever got meat from. They also have baked goods it's very good.

I thought I would give this place another chance. The last time I shopped there I was very disappointed in the amount of unfriendly workers in different areas of the the butcher shop. The cashiers have always been friendly and back in the meat department but I have to say they are the only ones. Today went to the deli for some products and ordered 4 or 5 items in different size call containers and the worker was very put out with my order. I said the last time I was there that I would not waste my time here again but I did unfortunately. I can safely say that I will not be back. I think that customer service needs to come back to some of the employees there. Not all of us go in with an attitude but I came out with one. Not happy at all.

The Butcher Shoppe has amazing customer service and delicious food. This is the only place I buy ham and chicken salad. They have a great selection of meats and cheeses. For a quick meal, their subs are priced right and are delicious. The pizza, we have had once and it was not to our liking, but have seen many people purchase.

I grew up on this food and I've been coming here for over 30 years. Excellent deli, bakery, and meat selection. The best cookies around. The Big Oak Cafe has great drinks and food too.

Great selection of fresh foods. Salads, lunch meat, other meat for the freezer. A little pricey, but to be expected being a local store. Always busy, but checkout lines don't take too long.
