The Butcher Shoppe / Big Oak Cafe

This place blows away all the similar/“Amish” markets in Maryland! Fabulous meat selection at much lower prices than back below the Mason-Dixon Line😁. Certainly worth the short drive.

Well if you think butcher shop only sells meats this place will have you fooled. I have nothing negative to say about this place and as you can see by everyone else’s reviews this place has earned its respect by being friendly and courteous. Depending on what time you come here there may be a line of people and they normally move quickly. If you come here you will like what you see !

First time there. What great deals on meat and the food selection is amazing. Definitely will be a return customer!!

Purchased the worst sub ever this 16 inches of rock bread or roll with brown lettuce and I guess there were tomatoes with I guess it was chicken could not eat this the roll was so hard I thought it was going to brake my tooth this is the worst sub ever the money paid for this should not be when threw it into the trash it sounded like I threw a rock in there this place should not be allowed to serve this kind of stuff

Has great sandwiches and sides. Love the Mason Jar sundaes and the fondue desserts are amazing!

Friendly service and great fresh products. Their hoagies and pizzas are good and reasonably priced too!

Their 6 inch subs for $4.99 are a great price. Love the meatball sub.

Love this place! Just a tad more expensive than a grocery store, but higher quality.

I was surprised at the Variety of different foods you can purchase here. Everything inpurchased was delicious and good quality. Definitely worth checking out if you have never been here.
