Bubble Tea House

I called in an order for pickup and they said I need to place the order there. When I got there, the guy was rude and snotty. As he was making the order, he proceeded to talk smack about me to his coworker right in front of my face! Plus, the smell of sour milk hits you like a brick wall when you walk in. Made me nauseous standing in there. Never again!

I really wanted to love this place, but I don't. When we first walked in, we weren't sure how to order, having never had bubble tea before. The employees seemed low on the friendly customer service, and made me feel a bit dumb when I asked questions. I've been here twice now and am not planning to go back. They just didn't seem to be the friendly, helpful type.

The restaurant decor is kind of bland and without personality.

But the food? The first time I ate there, it was okay. The 2nd time, the bubble tea was super sweet, as well as the teriyaki chicken. I like teriyaki, but it was sickeningly sweet, over the top, and quite disgusting. My friend and I didn't eat much of it. I love very sweet things, but it didn't taste homemade, and it tasted like it was filled with corn syrup/artificial ingredients. It doesn't meet up to the restaurant food standards we have in Roseburg, especially in the last couple of years.

So glad there’s a boba place here in Roseburg!! Love their taro smoothies! Usually when I visit boba places, I have to add extra boba, but not here. Super generous with their boba portions. Will be coming back often!!

Best boba EVER. So many choices. We go a couple times a week. Staff is so nice and helpful. Their teriyaki chicken is amazing. Would highly recommend.

To say that I enjoy this establishment would be a gross exaggeration!! First off the chicken and rice is bangen. They also have Umpqua ice cream and my favorite part is the bubble drinks. I buy 2 every time!!

Chicken teriyaki portions and quality are great for the price. Perfect for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow 😋 Also ordered a Thai tea with no boba. I know Roseburg is VERY limited here so I played it safe and hoped for the best. Was unfortunately disappointed. When you order a Thai tea you want to be punched in the face by smokey tea flavor. It was pretty diluted with milk and far too sweet. Maybe this appeals more to the local palate but I say turn it up a notch and introduce Roseburgians to the real deal!

The service was fast, friendly and informative. It was our first time having such a thing as bubble tea, and they were very patient and kind. They explained everything and gave suggestions. I really enjoyed the pineapple drink with the flavored pop balls (they pop as soon as you beging to bite down on them and have a delicious liquid inside). I think I chose strawberry and the mango was quite good as well. The bobo balls are a really unique flavor with a texture almost like tapioca pudding on the outer layer and a gummy bear inside. They also have Umpqua ice cream and were very generous in their serving size. We will definitely go again!

The tea I had was delicious. I only gave 4 stars because customer service was lacking. Our party came in and the older woman was just not very nice to my friend who was ordering a tea and wanted just some Boba in a cup for her little girl, the woman insisted the child wouldn't like it. They have given it to her before, and only when they said they were willing to pay extra did the woman agree. Product was good, but service could be improved.

Great place to eat. Their Teriaki Chicken is awesome! Their Boba Drinks are So Freeking Delicious! So many flavors!!! You could go there for a month and not try them all! The little bobas are like magic. Wonderful burst of flavor! Super clean, awesome atmosphere, great people!!

Enjoyed the teriyaki chicken when I visited Roseburg a couple of years ago....delicious...filling and very reasonably priced. You were very kind to me and my rolling mobility walker. Happy to see you're still open...happy 2021 !
