Bubble Tea House

Haven't been, but based on the terrible reviews from racists in our community I'd say these folks must be doing something right. I'll be finding out if they offer something plant based and come often.

Our order got miss heard buy the nice guy behind the counter, we ordered 3 of something and only got one. Was only charged for one. So once we got our order we said politely that we ordered 3 and asked for 2 more to be made and we were fully willing to pay more for the other 2. Then some random lady behind the counter starts to roast my wife! Theres no reason at all for this lady to come out of no where and start talking how she did. The guy at the front was flawless and did great. I recommend if you go here you best double check everything you are getting or that lady will come roast you!

Serves great bubble tea as one would expect from a bubble tea shop. It has a decent variety of flavors, including a couple of exotic ones such as jackfruit or durian.

The chicken teriyaki is yummy, my only complaint is that the vegetable mix that comes with it is mediocre.

Very addicting. Wish I could afford to buy 2 a day pineapple slushie with pomegranate and kewis popping pearls. She also has traditional ones. I love the tapioca bobos . They also serve ice cream and Chicken. teriyaki comes with meat or no meat.

While the place has a fun vibe and the staff are nice most of the time, their boba is pretty mediocre and judging from responses on other reviews; pretty unprofessional and can’t take criticism very well. They must over cook their boba because it’s way too chewy and it just becomes a task. I’ve experienced many different boba places throughout Oregon and I’m not very impressed with this one.

Terrific teriyaki ! We enjoyed both the chicken and vegetarian teriyakis. They were not over-salted and had a hint of sweetness. Generous portions too. Sadly, it's take-out only now. I look forward to being able to sit in their light filled dining area.

I come to Roseburg once a week for work, and boba house is the thing I look forward to most everytime I'm in town. One of the few places in Oregon that knows how to make good teriyaki. Well seasoned chicken, nice char on the meat, and good mix of veggies. They have a wide variety of boba drinks and they go so well with the teriyaki. A small Family business that puts in huge effort and serves amazing taste. I will keep coming here every week, and they deserve nothing but success for all their hard work.

The owners vid phobia (Covid) here is pathetic and them being purposely rude is definitely an issue. They need to just sell that business and move on with their lives.

Loved the boba tea I had, everyone was friendly in the business as well. Clean and cute little restaurant :)

This place is amazing!! The owners are so sweet and kind. You can tell they are passionate about customer service, and what they do. They make a great product, and the teriyaki bowls are delicious!!
Don't hesitate to try out this gem!
