Great food! very poor service.. we may have to wear face masks but people can still see you have a poor attitude.. you guys should really be a little nicer or more friendly to your customers. Rushing them through the ordering process is horrible. especially when me and my sister were the only people in the store.

Great food and drinks. Super nice local family, we love them. I agree with a previous post, if you are respectful you will be treated with respect. If you act like a Troll....you get what you deserve.

Kids like the drinks. As the guy paying I'd like to feel good about coming here. I don't and I'll take the kids elsewhere. My money, including the change they didn't give me; took the money and walked away. Thank you for the response. That's always a good sign. It wasn't 75 cents and I didn't walk away the young man did. You must be thinking of a different customer. I was in with three children
and he rang up the drinks, took the cash I handed him and walked away. It wasn't the lack of change that bugged me it was the lack of friendly customer service.

A review or multiple can make or break your business. I love the products here and I myself have never gotten treated badly however after reading the reviews and how the business responded was completely unprofessional. Grow up. If you want to stay open and keep a good reputation around town and not lose business, stop replying to reviews and appropriately and with no ability to take criticism. It seems whose replying to the reviews are childish and have no business in customer service. Do better.

You don’t need to have an attitude to a customer paying with contactless payments. I shouldn’t have to take my Apple Watch off for you to tap it for a payment. That’s the whole point of contactless payments. You don’t have to touch my belongings!!!!! Move on your P.O.S to where the customers can reach.

My daughters favorite place in Roseburg. The drinks are always good, they have great customer service and their chicken teriyaki always tastes amazing! A little pricey but not too bad and you get your moneys worth here. Definitely recommend!

Great employees, the boba is good(I personally got the matcha green tea boba and enjoyed it). It's has an interesting checklist system for ordering boba, very creative.

Best teriyaki chicken in town in my opinion, their drinks are fantastic. I recommend the Hokkaido milk tea.

When you go inside, there is a smell of fish. Poor customer service and even poorer quality. Tapioca pearls were hard in the middle. Assured us the milk tea was non dairy, but my lactose intolerant stomach proved that was a lie. Will not be back.

Gross food. Even more gross customer service. Extremely rude staff, seems to think they’re constantly the victim of racism. Found out more about them thru the Facebook group called Rants and Raves Douglas county. How they treat their customers is disgusting. Little do they know over 200 people and 10000 spectators are talking about them and their gross attitude.

(And yes, I have been here before, not a fake review and not an internet troll. Don’t believe me? Go check out that Facebook group for yourself. Proof is all right there.)

To the owner: Grow up. You’re already losing current and potential customers.
