overly sweet, and they argue with anyone who complains or doesn't leave a 5 star review. it's so trashy and reminds me of Amy's baking company from kitchen nightmares. super mean.. idk how long they'll stay open. expect a random 5 star review after me that they'll put up.

I've been there many times with various people. I've had wonderful experiences from the staff and great tasting drinks but I've also had incredibly rude treatment from behind the counter and days when the drinks were obviously watered-down and horrible. Very inconsistent service and product. The worst part is that when you get a bad drink and comment about it - no matter how kindly you tell them - they lady behind the counter will bite your head off. witnessed her do this multiple times. I'm not sure if she's the owner or a terrible employee but, sadly, that rude service will likely mean this place won't be around for long, and that's a shame because its such a cool thing to have in town.

Since moving to Douglas County I have become completely spoiled. Every time we are in Roseburg I tell my family we NEED to stop and get a Boba! The best Boba place ever-I am hooked. I always get a blueberry smoothie with strawberry pearls! It’s Delicious and the popping pearls are fun to play with in my mouth lol. Love love love going there. Bubble House is awesome! 5+ Stars! Great place and great people! Thank you so much for the terrific service and food/drinks! 💙

I really really really enjoy the drinks. Can I have my Mango without ice? Or do I have to have ice? The staff is amazing. Everyone is very kind and hard workers! They are all awesome! And so is the drinks! I wish you was open on sundays but I understand. I hope you guys stay open forever!!!

The best milk tea I've had yet, and some of the best teriyaki in town! The staff is very friendly, and helpful. 10/10 would totally recommend 👌

This place is awesome! Even if you haven't tried boba tea it's amazing since you can have your tea or smoothie made without. Plus they have amazing teriyaki and rice bowls that's a really good bang for your buck. Support local business and try a drink or their bowls, you won't be disappointed I can promise you that. Plus they're really helpful if you're new to the place. Would definitely recommend for any occasion. Cute little cafe atmosphere.

The teriyaki chicken and veggies is to die for. So good! Great prices too!!! Staff is some what friendly not very welcoming but the food is good enough to come back for more!

I was very impressed with this Bubble tea place that offers not just bubble tea, but also ice cream, smoothies, and even some real food. When you arrive, look for the markers and laminated papers floating around- you can mark out exactly what you want and then hand it to the cashier. There are lots of options Milk tea, Smoothie, regular tea, variety of flavors, tapioca or jellies, etc... This gives you a chance to think about your options and I think it helps them to keep your order straight! I had a good experience both times I visited, service was great!

I love Bubble Tea House in Roseburg..the bubble tea drinks are delicious and so much fun on your tongue !! This visit I had a drink called " Brown sugar " bubble tea.. I loved its unique taste ..and the bubbles !!! I've also tried Teriyaki chicken..which is a generous portion of tender chicken with veggies..and Teriyaki sauce..yummy..I wish I could get some right now ! Lol ..Try Roseburgs famous Bubble Tea House today !!
