Bubble Tea House

This place is very good 👍. Super clean 👌, very friendly,good costumes services.
They treated us and their customers like a family👪. Their teriyaki chicken combo is to die for. Their bubble tea drinks is unbelievable,the best of all places. Highly recommended. This place deserves more than five stars 🌟🤩.

Simple but good food menu that could use a few more options and who in their right mind does not like the bubble tea drinks? Customer service was a bit lacking ~ almost like they were doing me a favor. If the customer service was solid this would be a five star review but it's more like a 3.5 based on my last several visits.

Tried an ice cream offering here and the help was very rude and pompous (for someone that works in fast food). Creepy and the establishment before them was far better.

It's kind of a funny story it is at the end of the street where I live and I had never been there and my granddaughter talk to me in to stopping there. And I got this amazing smoothie with these little bubbles that are full of flavor and they are amazing now I'm addicted. Then on top of that my care provider and I stopped there and she convinced me to get some of their teriyaki chicken which is over rice and it is addicting as well I could go broke there LOL.

The service is horrible the guy behind the counter apparently can’t take a correct order even after it’s been repeated twice. And apparently the daughter of the owners thinks she knows everything because I’ve been accused of leaving a bad review well now I am leaving a bad review the service was horrible from her even more so she has a trashy mouth and can’t make the correct drinks and when she doesn’t make the drinks correct and you ask for another drink she tells you she’s going to charge you a fee for using your debit card. The rude gal behind the counter was just mad because she had asked the two customers that were standing at the counter to back up because they were too close to her if you are so scared of Covid you shouldn’t be working in a public place neither one of those customers were close to you as you work behind an ice cream counter plexiglass and extra plexiglass.

I LOVE this place! Every time I go here the staff is so friendly, greeting customers as they enter and as they exit. They are so pleasant and really show an interest in their customers. They offer a variety of flavorful drinks with really yummy, fun toppings. Not to mention ice cream and of course, my favorite, their teriyaki! I have never left disappointed, hungry, or thirsty.

Excellent service! Excellent drinks; as long as you know what you're ordering! Lol (of course) They really do have the best teriyaki chicken that I have had in my entire life!!! Thank you very much!! My granddaughter got me hooked on this place I've been living two blocks down the road from it for four and a half years and had never stepped foot in it. There are a variety of types of drinks ice cream and they have teriyaki chicken with vegetables and rice that is out of this world.

First time I've ever been there. They have a very large menu. They only have two dinner plate options which is their teriyaki and I hear it's superb. They have tea, teriyaki, smoothies, jello, ice cream, shakes and much more. I had a banana split and they let me choose each flavor that I wanted. It was huge and so very delicious.
