Worst coffe I've ever tasted. Good breakfast sandwich though

I have been going here since David and Tina bought it. The coffee is from Mudd Works Roastery. In my opinion this is some of the best beans available that are roasted here in Portland. The staff are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.

Great service and great tasting coffee. I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm in love with this coffee shop!! The staff was very welcoming, helpful on what I should order (I don't drink a lot of coffee so I need all the help I can get!) and had my order ready quickly. I will definitely be coming back here more often to get my quick caffeine fix for the day!

Awesome coffee and awesome people. I live close by and make it a point to come in whenever I can. I'm very indecisive so I often tell them to surprise me, and I'm never disappointed in the drinks they make me. Try the hot Red Bull, sounds weird but it's amazing, my new usual drink.

I've been here 4 times and have only been able to order once. The one time I got an Italian cream soda, it was great! However, the 2nd time, they were close for a cash n carry run but still had their open lights on. The 3rd time, they told me they were out of soda, the 4th time, they were closed because it was too hot. Customers love consistency and your hours or inventory are not at all consistent.

They don't have fresh coffee, and only make flavor coffee. It's really not a coffee shop. More of a flavor drink stand. There coffee bean is Chocolate base.

Tried to go there Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm. Made a special trip just to go to The Local. Lights were on, the neon OPEN sign was lit up, but no one was home. Waited about 15 minutes even, thinking maybe someone needed a bathroom break. Nope, apparently they were closed. Very disappointing. A sign on your window would be nice when you have to step away or close up shop early, to let your customers know.
