After walking around the Lake Oswego downtown, we stepped in this open and tranquil coffee shop for the first time. We like the flavor, true for coffee lover.

A lovely coffee shop! I’ve been wanting to just sit down at one, and journal and I seem to have picked the right one! I forgot the name of the drink, it has matcha and it was really good, along with the cookie. Will be back

Great little coffeehouse in Lake Oswego. The cappuccino was made perfectly, and I really enjoyed their creativity in drink specials. There's an extra large room for seating in the back, plus some tables and window seating up front.

Opted for the seasonal peppermint mocha with almond milk and a cappuccino. Perfect scores for silky foam and overall taste for both. Peppermint Mocha is tied for the best one I’ve had this holiday season. (The other was at a shop in SF.) Thank you for the wonderful treat!

Visited for the first time and was charmed by the friendly service and peaceful atmosphere. Neither silent nor deafening, and the small glass of sparkling water served with my latte was just perfect and totally made my moment. Loved enjoying my latte and book there!

When I arrived the line was 'out the door'. There was only one lady working the register and one guy making coffee. I have never seen a real Barista, but that day I did! He made all the orders as fast as that machine could 'pump them out' and everything tasted superb. Starbucks needs to come in and learn how to make coffee and have people waiting long periods of time with a 10 person staff...anyway, I digress. Both people were relaxed and very friendly. I wish I could come back more often but im not from this area. Also, I don't give out 5 stars often but this place was spectacular!!!!! Great coffee and Great food

Best new coffee spot in Lake O. Excellent blend with fresh roast. They have all the good alt milk options and the owner and his wife are super friendly. Much better than the chain coffee options that has been all there was in Lake Oswego. PS matcha there is amazing as well!! Bringing artistry to coffee. Love it.

The place was great. The floors could use some carpet, but the pictures and everything else was amazing. They had food too, and our dog loved the treats.

Last week, me and my husband came back from our Sunday morning walk around downtown Lake Oswego, with a bit of a bitter taste in our mouth. As long time Lake Oswego residents, we feel lucky to share this amazing neighborhood with friendly people and a number of wonderful restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and other small business. Over time, the business owners will know you by name and vice versa. On Sunday, we were excited to come across Morse, a coffee shop we had visited before, but had receded in our memory because it's located on the opposite side of A Ave, where we normally visit shops between A Ave and Millennium Park. Before taking a walk and visiting Morse, we had stopped earlier in the morning for coffee at Peet's and I still had a Peet's cup in my hand. However, my husband was interested in a latte from Morse and placed his order. A few minutes later his drink was ready and we sat at one of their tables, with me finishing my Peet's coffee and my husband starting on his Morse latte. There were several empty tables around and a few people about to order at the counter. Almost immediately, someone from Morse approached us and asked us to "roll" as they pointed to my Peet's coffee cup. Honestly, we were surprised and didn't initially understand what was happening. When we asked him what he meant by "you need to roll", we began to understand his rude directive. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business! To say we drink a ton of coffee and espresso drinks is an understatement, and we enjoy supporting local and friendly small businesses. But the idea of ambushing a customer, who happens to inadvertently walk in the door with a cup from another local business and directing them to leave is rude, surprising and unsettling. We will never go back and will share our experience with friends and family. In my book this business gets an "F" in Customer Service 101! We will never return and will encourage friends and family to avoid this business. Do yourself a favor and visit Peet's located about a block away (great service and great coffee and espresso drinks!).

Best latte in Portland or Lake Oswego. After a few trips to Colombia I know what a good latte tastes like and Morse coffee nails it!
