Delicious coffee, great atmosphere, yummy pastries. I was sad to learn that they close early in the afternoon though! Definitely a spot worth checking out for a coffee or study date.

Happy sparrow serves up Kolaches, a delicious sweet, yeasty pastry with tasty breakfast fillings. My favorite is the Happy Bird Bun, with eggs and turkey sausage, but all of them are excellent. You’ve got to check them out, they will make your day.

I go here every week, and the staff are so nice!! Kolaches are delicious and coffee better than the stuff at my work! Everything is delicious, wish i could buy it all!! :D

The kolaches are top notch here! The owners are so friendly! It’s so sad that they’re getting bad reviews. They’re an awesome little cafe and down to earth people running it.

The owners of Happy Sparrow are so kind, and great bakers. Love the food, beverage, and most of all...their smiling faces. It is a blessing to have them in our neighborhood. 1000 Stars.

Stopped in this morning for a cup of tea. These guys have the friendliest baristas I've found in Portland. Great tea, too - next time, I'll try their food, because it looks delicious!

Cute little coffee shop with an adorable name. I have brought friends from out of town here to enjoy their coffee and little bite size Kolache. The Lil smokies and Bird n'Blanket are delicious.

It saddens me to see a “poor” review bc of someone not wearing a mask- This cafe is above and beyond, it is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is great. Judge for yourself and visit- I will definitely be back!
