Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch bros is my favorite coffee shop, the line does get a little annoying to wait in, id love to see another shop open up, or this one to be remodeled with two drive thru windows so it goes quicker, everybody there is awesome 😁

Pulled up and there were about 10 cars in the line so I decided to walk up to the window with only one customer in front of me and about 20 cars later, I got my drink and messed up so the worker fixed it. I can see 3:1 with the cars vs the window but that’s ridiculous. Walk up customers not valued enough.

Great coffee but long waits . If your in a hurry I wouldn't recommend going if there is more than 3 cars in line. Some times they are fast. On good days

I have gone to several Dutch Brothers coffee shops from Brookings to Hermiston, Oregon to Kennewick Wa.,,coffee has always been great and I love their chocolate and caramel dutch freezes,,the annihilater has as well been a favorite along with the caramel macchiato

Sometimes a crapshoot. I think that they need fewer employees in there, and need to train their people to work more efficiently. I have been to Dutch Bros. all over the state of Oregon, even Northern California. Never have I seen a greater waste of personnel time, and effort. First of all, there is someone different for every shift, from Monday thru Sunday. They need to set a crew for each shift, and let them work together enough that they know each other's strengths and weaknesses, and go from there. Then, cross-train each person when it gets slow, but when busy let each person work their own position. The money saved on training new people could be used on a second freeze machine, and putting a second drive thru window in. I also suggest that they quit wasting their time making new employees memorize each drink. Teach them the basics and let them learn the fine touches on the job. Never train more than one newbie at a time, and let each one meld into the team. I have been going to DB for the past twelve years. I can tell you that people really appreciate their baristas, and return many more times when the baristas know who they are, and what they usually drink! So I can tell the Hermiston DB, take the time to learn your customers by name, enjoy your job, and you will have a good time when you go to work. Your customers will also tip you much better! They will appreciate getting their coffee more quickly, and just the way they like it, with a lot less hassle, believe me.

Very friendly and fast service. Love their drinks. I would give a 5 star rating, but the parking and drive thru can be a little hectic at times.

This is my favorite Dutch Bros! By far all the employees here have excellent customer service and make the best drinks! My family and I recommend this location❤

Omg best coffee ever only place I will by my coffee from unless It emergency I also want to thank you so much for the employees are just supper listen helpful I may not ever be able to leave a big tip but I always leave one I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart because you all work so hard. I thank you so much

The ladies in there are up beat and funny. Great experience highly recommend you go. Dutch Bros are the best. Just would like them to come to Texas now.

Can't make a blended coffee to save there life!!! Love there stickers tho lol rather go to McDonald's unfortunately.
