Aw, I got a reply from the owner and didn't even leave a review! I feel so rude. Honestly, love the whole Dutch Bros chain, somehow they always manage to hire the friendliest people. The Hermiston Dutch is awesome though, because even when they are slammed, they have never messed up my order. Keep up the great work!

Was running behind so I went up to window line wasn't too long either. I could have gone through drive through 3 times b4 mine was ready. It was a cold pour. I ordered large they gave me med.

I did not have a good experience today. Usually when I go, the wait is between 5 to 15 minutes and today bothered me because I went to the walk up window hoping for a shorter wait. After I placed my order, I waited 7 minutes for my tea. There were several employees making drinks and the one who was working on the teas and smoothies, stood around doing nothing right after she made the drink ahead of mine. She came up to the window at one point and asked if someone had taken my order, I said yes and then the employee proceeded to stand there and sip on her own drink. I rated this review a 2 because the service was unprofessional and untimely.

Thank you, for taking such outstanding care of me, my dogs and making me always feel special. Most the employees have gotten to know me over the years and they all have a way of making me feel special. Well yes I come everyday in the Spring and Summer early morning before hitting the melon fields, sometimes on Sunday we have taken drinks to the crew.. thank you for making my days....

Not my cup of Joe. In my opinion on the weak side of coffee. Always long waiting periods. But I must admit they have the best selection of sugar free sweeteners at any coffee shop I've been to and the customer service is pretty good and they will go out of there way to make your drink like you want it. Oh and love that they operate 24 hours. I just wished they'd make a stouter cup of espresso/americano

I have been to many Dutch Bros locations and they are all very wonderful. However, I have gone to this specific location a few times and each time is worse than the last. The drinks are not as good as other locations. Every time I’ve been here the drink is never made how I want it. The employees are rude and don’t treat you well. Also, the last time I was there I found a hair in my drink!! I will never be back to this location.

Dutch Bros has always hired great employees. They always have me smiling as I drive away & my dogs love the biscuit treat at the window.

I LOVE me some Dutch Bros. Seriously, it's my jam. But this location is so hit and miss, and it's mostly the customer service that is so iffy. Today I stopped by at about 10:30am and pulled up to music so loud I couldn't even hear my thoughts. Not only was it insanely loud, it was some heavy metal music that is not conducive to a good majority of the genera public. Now, I usually like DB's energetic and somewhat loud music, which typically puts a smile on my face. But this music was obnoxious and way too loud. Alas, I needed my coffee fix and I'd already waited, so I tried to place my order. Now, TRIED is the operative word. Because let's face it, the poor girl couldn't really hear me. I had to repeat and correct my order 4 times so it didn't get lost in translation. They made my drink correctly and did what I wanted them to do, but ordering coffee shouldn't be so hard, and definitely shouldn't leave me with a headache. Please turn your music down a bit and choose something better suited to your general clientele.
