This place has been booming since it made its way to Hermsiton. The staff is always eager to please. They are out there taking orders so they can have it ready for you by the time you approach the window. Rain, Snow, Heat Wave, doesn't matter they are always out eager to make your visit quick and stress free. Best Coffee in town!!

We were ignored having order taken in drive through. Lots of visiting in car next to us. Got our drinks free for that reason. Which sounded awesome. Until we got our drinks. I know what I want. How it should taste. If you can't remember ( which I understand you were busy) write it down. Or ask if you can't rememeber. It taste like ;!(÷€.

They are always friendly, fast and know what their doing

The young people who work here are amazing at helping you get the drink you want,. Especially when you have no idea what the name of the drink someone wants. It's probably the best game of 20 questions I've ever played!!😂😅 They are awesome at making sure everything is right before you drive away, and if it's not they fix it right then!! Love the customer service here!!!

Another great DB's location, ok access. One of the slowest DB's I've been too. But it's the only one in town so good luck going to another. 😕

Good coffee if you like it really sweet! Line is typically long and the parking lot can be a handful. Not located in the best spot but customer service is definitely what they excel at.

I go to dutch bros almost every morning before school they are always very happy and kind to serve me so early in the morning! It is always an awesome experience here I love their upbeat music and personalities their coffee is definitely the best I have had.

They have excellent drinks. Nice employees, cheap drinks. Everything you could want. The only downside is they are kinda sugary. If I wanted anything to be different, I would tone down the music. It’s very loud when you go through the drive through. Sometimes you can’t hear the employee.

I gave the lady my order and she complely stopped listening to what I wanted after I listed off a few things I wanted added in my drink. I could tell she didn't care to listen so I repeated myself and she still didn't seem phased and at the end I got the opposite of what i ordered. Also they don't seem very friendly there! Won't be returning
