Dutch Bros Coffee

Consistently great. Just a shame the parking lot wasn't configured differently, as the drive-thru line is always backed up into the street. Only 3 parking spaces, of which only 2 are truly usable.

The line was so long and even with someone out taking orders, it took over half an hour to get our drinks. All two girls did was talk to friends at the walk up window. Won't be visiting the Dutch Bros in Hermiston, OR ever again

Hands down the lowest quality Dutch Bros I've been to. They're the only Dutch Bros game in town so I'm stuck if that's what I'm wanting, but the service is slow and very impersonal, the floor is alyways wet and dirty, the music is almost so loud that you can't hear what the person taking your order is saying. I love Dutch Bros but if there was an alternative that had what I wanted, I wouldn't be visiting this one again. I'm only writing this in hopes that the person in charge of this one fixes these problems, it's a poor representation of the brand.

Out of many things serivce was really slow. 6 people working we waited almost 15 mins

I have been to this location 3 times since moving to Herimston. Same drink every time and they have yet to make it correctly.

Great as always. Lines moves fast.

I do not know how the Dutch make their coffee this way but I am liking it more and more. I go here because they have Stronger Coffee and Larger Cups then anywhere around. Plus the kids working this are Awesome.

Lines are always long, but it because the coffees so good. Love that they use a tablet to collect orders in line and charge the drink while I wait. Points for efficiency.

Dutch brothers is always the; Greatest-Happiest-Funnest-Funkiest-Tastiest, place of ALL to grab a, Crazy-Delicious COFFEE, a Cruisen-Crankin- Cappuccino, a Fast-Friendly-Fanatical-Frap, a Terrifically-Tasty-Tea, or even a Refreshingly-Jamin-Jumpin- -Juice!!! As a regular tri-city Dutch goer this location really dropped the ball. They have two lanes but some how people ariving after us were getting to order and get in front of us and I said something to the gal. The line was already long and then for some reason people in line were getting drinks brought out to them and leaving while in line who were BEHIND us. We get to the window and I confirm my order before paying as usual because it has been messed up anytime I go to a new coffee stand, a 6 shot white angel pretty simple just add 4 to the mixture being an ex barista myself. The extra shots were forgotten they remade it and she starts to hand it to me and its brown. I'm like thats not my drink and she says oh it can be made either way(yes, if specified different than the default) it has WHITE in the name for a reason it is white on white. Choice of milk, two shots white coffee with white chocolate flavor. The 'White Angel' is universal amoung all coffee shacks no matter the company unless they do not stock white coffee. So third times the charm but I will probally make sure to grab coffee in kennewick before heading out next time.
