I watched them put extra ice in the blender to extend the pumpkin spice drinks. It tasted like ice rather than a drink

The employes are fast and hard working and the coffe is great. Even when the lines are long the coffee is made quickly. Friendly employees and great customer service.

Usually a very long wait, sometimes takes the batistas a while to make your drinks, but everyone is always friendly.
