Coffee Plant Roaster

One of the best coffee shops in Eugene. All of their coffee, as the name suggests, is roasted and prepared in-house. The result is a delightfully fresh and unique blend that you won't find anywhere else. They also serve breakfast and lunch, which by all accounts is competitive with other resteraunts, but doesn't particularly stand out. This is fine though, since Coffee Plant Roasters is a coffee shop first.

Atmosphere is very modern and clean. The coffee roaster itself acts as a sort of centerpiece on the right side of the shop.

Coffee plant roasters is definitely worth stopping by. If you are a coffee fan in Eugene, you would be doing yourself a huge disservice to avoid it.

They offer coffee, baked goods, soups.The drip coffee wasn't all that good, but the quiche, service and ambiance of this places were all fantastic.

The interior is clean and spacious, and there's plenty of seating room which can accommodate laptops -both tables and bar seating. I don't know why, but this place was packed with college girls studying -they were arriving by the carload.

The quality of the beans are nice.
The prices for items are a bit high for the area.
Parking is limited and hard to maneuver.
The staff were nice but not overly enthusiastic about being there.
Communication was limited on options and what you were getting ( I.e what beans they were using, temp, etc).
I’ll give them 4 stars for now but I’m cautious about it. They seem more like a three star experience based on the experience I had today compared to other days.

Top notch. Glad they were near my meeting place. Being from out of town, you never know what kind of coffee experience you’ll find outside downtown areas, and this was a real treat. Fantastic coffee and their food is high quality too!

I really like the idea of Coffee Plant. They are right down the block from me and I’ve enjoyed visiting them while walking my dog.

However, the coffee is inconsistent. One out of every four cups is good; today for instance my black coffee is so bitter I can hardly drink it.

The folks behind the counter are mostly nice but can be inconsistent as well. My partner has never had a positive experience but I have.

Had a very complex tasting pour over. My wife had a sweet matcha. Both were delicious. It's a bit of a loud space because of the high ceilings and the cement floors and walls. We do enjoy this spot.

Everything we had here was stellar. I ordered the breakfast burrito with a cold brew and berry smoothie. This was honestly the best breakfast and coffee we had during our road trip from Seattle to Oxnard, CA

Beautiful new coffee shop on W 11 Ave. Great decor, good vibes, excellent coffee.
They roast in small batches, and take pride in their product. I drink it black to experience the flavor, and I am extremely particular. Today I had Mexican. Excellent! I give CPR my highest recommendation. I will be back.

High-end coffee place, some of the best in Eugene. Prices are a tad higher than other places I've been to of this caliber, but the friendly and knowledgeable baristas are great at what they do, which counts for something. Great coffee and customer service go a long way in my book! It's not my first choice, mainly because of location (w 11th), but all in all I never regret it when I do choose this place over others :)

While you might pay slightly more for a latte or other drink, it is completely with it. The coffee smells and tastes great, the staff is super friendly, the food is awesome and locally sourced, and the atmosphere is great for both socializing and work. Easy access via public transit.
