Everything they make is fine the problem is they are slow at everything they do. No one in front of me I just ordered an espresso to go and it takes 10 mins if there are people there it can take 20 mins for a coffee that takes 2 mins make

Fantastic drinks, but the food is overpriced for what you get. It's tasty and healthy but not anything spectacular.
The wifi just doesn't work, (From multiple types of devices), which kinda ruins the entire point of going there to study.
But, the drink service is great and the baristas are all very friendly, and the place has a nice environment aside from being a bit loud at times and the music is sometimes annoying.
Biggest downer is the wifi.

Really good coffee but I wish they could manage their crowds better, one barista for 15 customers is a lot to ask of someone. I imagine they could do with some reinforcements.

I don't make it a point to give any sort of bad review, but this is the second time in a row that I have had bad experience. The first time I ordered Avocado toast (I have had it in the past and it was fantastic) and a juice. I drove to get it, got back to work and it was literally just avocado on cold overly toasted bread, no whipped ricotta or any seasonings at all, also the juice wasn't bad, but wasn't what I ordered. I called and they said oh, well we are out of ricotta, sorry and you can bring back the juice and we will make a new one. I would have never ordered that particular item if I knew half the ingredients were missing and I couldn't leave work again to go replace my juice or get a different lunch from somewhere else. Then today I was willing to give it another try, called in my order (same thing) and they didn't have any juices what so ever (is what i was told) This time when i picked it up I started to look and the girl at the counter made me feel very uncomfortable and said "ITS ALL IN THERE" so I didn't look right then and paid. I got in my car where I didn't feel judged to check and again there was just avocado on toast, this time there was seasonings and the rest, but no ricotta. I took it back in, showed her and you could see how annoyed she was, and said I guess we can remake it. I apologized, but I wanted what I paid for. She went back in the kitchen and apparently they were out of ricotta again. She came back out with some sort of cream. I told her about the previous time, and told her again, it was hard for me to leave work and I wouldn't have ordered it if i knew it was missing the ricotta. She told me they didn't know, the she just kept saying I understand over and over while she was walking away. So rude! It is hard for me to complain at all, and she made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable. Very cool atmosphere, but rude employees, seems like they are always out of something and wont let you know when your placing an order that they know wont be right!

Not gonna lie, sometimes the latte art factors into my rating! ;) The drinks were good! The atmosphere is not cozy, more on the industrial side, but it is a nice place to attempt productivity. Was able to do a bit of catch up journaling.

Fantastic drinks are a given here but the food is also awesome if you want to make a meal out of the visit.

There was some issues with ordering our drinks and food. Besides that friendly staff. The biscuits and gravy are probably the best I ever had. What started with some frustration with ordering was finished with excellent food and smiles. Definitely will return.

They were out of home fries and English muffins at 11am on Sunday so I took off one star for that. Everything else was great!

I've just returned to Eugene after some years and decided to make a coffee shop tour to see who made the best latte. Coffee Plant Roaster, being a newer business was something I had at the top of the list. This spot is definitely a reflection of a changing Eugene. A clean, modern shop that feels like it fell straight out of Portland, the coffee is above average, the breakfast sandwich is ok and it's always a plus when I see fresh juice on the menu.
So far my latte tour is putting Wandering Goat at #1 for latte taste consistency and shop atmosphere

Every drink I've had here has been delicious, and their food options are always yummy and surprising. They also serve nitro cold brew (I'm not a huge cold brew fan, but everyone I've taken here has loved that) and the shop had a great aesthetic.
