This is a very popular location for breakfast. The menu is diverse and unique. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is great. My favorite dish is Eggs Benedict.

Brick and Mortar has the best breakfast food I've ever had. Pancakes, salmon hash, breakfast sandwich (which is huge) all amazing. The mimosa flights are great.

I'm a new resident to Albany and my mom sister abd I have been here a couple of times and will definitely come back again. All the staff are so friendly and personable. And the food is clearly high quality. Very charming atmosphere

Delicious, diverse menu. Quality ingredients and flavors. Pastries and coffee bar available as you walk in. EAT THE CINNAMON ROLL! It will change your life. All COVID precautions are in place and observed.

The mimosa sampler was absolutely amazing and the pastry was delicious

Fantastic food if you like sage and rosemary! Favorite breakfast spot with localy sources food. The biscuit sandwich and the chicken fried steak are amazing choices. For something lighter the scrambled eggs with spinach and cream cheese are delicious. Be sure to order an espresso!

Food is great . But I do want to share this horrible experience I just had this morning. My husband made a reservation we were told 50min wait. I received the text that our table was ready . The waiting area is so small . We decided to down the st while we waited. When I received the text from the restaurant it said we had 5min to check in. I ran to the restaurant because obviously with little parking spaces it takes more time . I check in and im denied our table simply because my husband and daughter weren't with me. Not once was I told this was a policy to have the entire party present. They said I would need to wait until the next table was available. This of course is an inconvenience because I do have an appt after. I requested to speak with the manager. She didn't seem to care and didn't offer as a one time courtesy to allow it . I'm so upset and disappointed. poor service is what keeps me away other than food quality from places .

Delicious food, great service, and a nice vintage-style decor make this one of the best restaurants in Albany. I would highly recommend the breakfast menu, particularly the chicken and waffles or the challah French toast with bananas and strawberries. There usually is plenty of parking across the street. Brunch is a good time to visit.

Really great food, service, and atmosphere. It was busy on a Sunday morning but we only had to was about 15 minutes for a party of 4. We ordered coffee, a latte, hue is rancheros, breakfast platter, chicken biscuit sandwich, and chicken and waffles. All were delicious.

I had previously wrote a bad review on their service but this is my husband’s favorite breakfast place, so I gave it another chance about 6 months ago and have grown to love this place. Their food is amazing, the service has been excellent, their coffee is amazing! I don’t have any any complaints!
