The staff was friendly and welcoming. Fast service.I really enjoyed my breakfast here. The food is very fresh. It's alittle expensive but well worth it. I had the veggie omelet. It was delicious it had fresh asparagus, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and house made pesto. With pepper jack cheese. The coffee was pretty good and I liked the fresh creamer. It's not the little plastic cups that most restaurants serves.
The jam was fresh made freezer jam. It was pretty tasty.
Only one thing no Veterans discount. My waitress was very sweet and thanked my Dad for his service. That was pretty cool. We will definitely be going back. Oh my cup of coffee never ran empty. The staff did an amazing job.

I'm a Marylander visiting for 13 weeks on a travel work contract. I've been looking for a great Sunday brunch place. This is it. I've sat at the bar every visit. Usually Sunday mornings, some times Monday. Bartender is excellent!!! KC is her name (sp?) Food is nothing less than 5 stars and drinks as well!. Every. Single. Time. Thank you!!!

I ordered the Fried Chicken Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was very good, just like its supposed to be! The fried chicken was crunchy but not dry and it has good seasoning as well. I also ordered mortar style shredded potatoes, it was cooked very well and had a great flavor, lots of food lol. The poached eggs were cooked well, I believe they could've been poached just a bit longer but overall very good. I definitely recommend trying this place out! The service is always good and I've never had a problem with my food. I will definitely be returning to try many of the items on the menu because they have a pretty extensive menu. I personally enjoy a smaller refined menu but I'm excited to try some of the items on this one. Good Job, keep up the hard work.

Lots of good food and cocktails. Full menu all day. You can get a burger at 8:00 am or pancakes at 1:00 PM. Excellent coffee but I usually prefer to get a cocktail. Try the espresso old fashioned if you want both.

3.5/5 stars, the coffee was good, a bit too sweet for my taste, and likely my fault for my order. In our group we ordered the veggie hash, the crepes, and eggs benedict. The benedict and crapes were good, and the hash we didn't particularly enjoy. The restaurant was busy, but had good service. Overall, I would come here again, I would order Crepes, chicken and waffles, or the eggs benedict.

Wow! This place is great! Definitely go here if you are looking for a delicious breakfast. The portion size is excellent, the prices very reasonable, the service wonderful, the quality top notch and the taste fantastic! I have no complaints! We got the smoked salmon crepe, the veggie hash and the mickey mouse pancakes for our kiddo. I can recommend all of them. I even swiped a few bites of those pancakes and they may be the best pancakes I've ever had! Go here!

Small restaurant that gets busy. 4 booths, 8 tables for 4, 2 tables for 2, 7 stools at the bar = seating for 60. Seating outside on fair weather summer days.

Breakfast and lunch only. The omelettes, breakfast platters , and burgers are recommended. You can spend $25 but most dishes are $15.

Definitely one of the better places in Albany.

Other waitresses were okay, the fat woman by the door who seats people acted like you own her one million dollar. She almost threw the pitcher to our table when we just sat down.
All the food looked nice. Not recommend Chicken n waffles. Chicken was not marinated thoroughly and tasted plain. Pretty sure chicken and waffles shared the same batter because they all tasted very bland.
Not a good experience here. Will not come again.

Best chicken & waffles I've had in a long time. So happy. My husband had the chicken bennedict. They had outside seating so I could bring my little puppy. Did I mention the food was amazing? I love this breakfast spot

Hit this place for brunch after Albany Saturday market and was not disappointed. Killer food and drinks. Our server Monica really made us feel welcome. I recommend Brick & Mortar Cafe.
