When ordering coffee make sure to fill cup not half full

This was my first ordering from here. My drinks were made just the way I ordered them. No bitter tasting coffee at all. The Maple Waffle Sausage Sandwich was also good. Definitely worth going back to!

Ahhh Biggby Coffee, the finest export from Michigan since Detroit style pizza! While I've only visited this location via the drive thru it is Biggby true and true. A coffee and a breakfast sandwich (or a lunch sandwich when your day has gone poorly) can truly make things better. Be it here or in the state up north, nothing makes my day brighter than a sausage egg and cheese bragle on an asiago bagel and a mint mocha. The service here matches the standard I've seen set and they are worth the wait.

I was just served a coffee prepared by a young man who had his mask pushed down not the entire time I was in the shop, not covering his mouth or nose. He was also not wearing any gloves and was using a headset with his hands moving back and forth from his face touching the headset to the coffee machine and my cup. When he was finished, I was very concerned about his complete lack of safety protocols, and asked him if he was vaccinated and he said that he was not. I left my coffee that I had paid for on the counter. At least he responded honestly about his lack of vaccination. The other two girls in the shop (one who accepted my payment) were properly masked.

This was our first time there. It was busy and we had a crowd with us. They got us in and out with in a decent time. The coffee was great and the bagels were great as well. Iced or hott, it didn't matter, all were great.

So glad we stopped here! Right when we walked in the door, we were greeted with a very cordial and genuine "Good Morning" from the two employees behind the counter. We decided to go for a drip coffee and their signature latte for the day - the Golden Honey latte. Just before we ordered, the cashier offered us some coupons that we ended up using (THANK YOU!). The enthusiasm of the staff was contagious and we will definitely be back! Struck gold here at Biggby Coffee. ❤ thank you for brightening our day.

3 coffee’s and 3 sandwiches. $28. Worst coffee I’ve ever had. Never go there again. Need a Tim Hortons around here. It’s at least good.

New policies new manager."NICK". Used to be about customer service. Had a coupon. Buy1 get1..expired but I didn't know. Paid nearly $13 for 2 drinks 2 seconds later hands me a new buy 1 get one instead of offering to replace my expired coupon. Then the lid came off my coffee and my drink was gone. Went back and the Manager Nick was nasty. Not worth the issues and particularly LONG LINES. 5 cars and 23 minutes later you get your coffee. It's a shame because Biggby coffee tastes great but so does Dunkins.

I’m here at least 3-4 times a week!! They are always so kind to me and always make my ice coffee so good! Even left me a note 📝 on my cup. They are awesome’ thank you 😊

Finally a place I think my wife can enjoy the coffee. Been so hard finding a place. Drive thru was hard to read the menu, but going inside she found her cup of heaven. Worked out real well!!!
