BIGGBY COFFEE

Every time I come here. I order the same thing and it’s always a different price! Today was the highest I ever paid, 3.89 for a small regular coffee with Golden flavor added.

Love their caramel marvel, such a intense coffee flavor, I never like cold coffee before tasting theirs, but I have to have it frozen 😋and their bagels are awesome the put cream cheese with their egg cheddar cheese and bacon omg, totally recommend this place

Coffee and drinks tastes much better than Starbucks. The Honey Oat Milk Latte is really good! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because service can be slow. I waited around 15 minutes with only 2 vehicles ahead of me and one of the two had already placed their order.

These are my peeps but they really need to work on drive thru wait times. Would have given a five star but it's ridiculous in comparison to the swift baristas at Starbucks! The green tea I get is great... A little over priced but great!

I love my local Biggby location, as I go daily for my "regular" latte order. I know that crafting such complicated drinks can be time consuming, but the drive thru line simply takes way too long to go through. This would be expected on days such as Wednesday or Friday, since those are promotional days, but this is a daily issue.
Fortunately, today I quickly ordered my "regular, I come here every day for this" latte, and I'm ecstatic that I will make work in great time. But after a while, I question why I must sit in line 10 minutes for the car ahead of me to receive 1 drink, and then I wait another 5 minutes for that same car to receive their last item- 1 sandwich. And then unlucky for me, my order was lost after all. Had to repeat it.
I work service as well, in the same area of the city, so I am completely aware that "rushes" exist. I just feel it is a damper on the day to have to leave the house so early. But I do it because ultimately, you are the most convenient location for locals, as well as having better coffee than the competition.

Great customer service. Here on vacation. Workers were extremely friendly. I asked them to surprise me with 2 iced coffees and they are delicious!!! Would give more stars but sadly I can't

I only had ONE decent experience there. I had the muffins and fell in love. But the staff there in Elyria, aren't nice. Sad, I'm generally nice. I'm done, lost customer for life 🙃

Waffle breakfast sandwich is 100% McGriddle luxury edition. Also had the Black Forest latte, DELICIOUS. It wasn't all loaded sugar and I could actually separate the flavors. A+ guys... P.s. excellent staff and service.

Overpriced Coffee ☕ not that deep. Would of did better going too Star Buck. If I wanted and overpriced Coffee at least they have different flavors.
