BIGGBY COFFEE

Drive through was a little wait but we was absolutely delicious coffee

Had to venture off the interstate 80 since Starbucks was closed at the service areas and so happy I found this place. The coffee is fantastic and ethically sourced from hand chosen farmers. The menu is very extensive and I had to make a quick choice due to the line behind me. I had the French toast bagel with cream cheese and it was great. To top it off the staff is super friendly and full of cheer. Five stars for quality coffee, food, and staff. I wonder if Biggby is on the east coast ..

The Coffee is great...but expect too wait! Unfortunately it takes a long time to get this Coffee most days the line is backed up and it's not the best parking lot for that situation. Maybe there is a. Better aolution to spending up the drivethrew then it would be awesome all around. Until now I'll wait in line. Takes about 10-15 mins so days not that bad.

I usually love this place, but today i went there and i ordered a few things one of the things i ordered was an iced coffee. They tried to give me a hot brew coffee and i said that it was wrong. She took it back and a few mins handed me the ice coffee. I get down the road and realize that it was warm and the ice was no longer( like the really poured the hot coffee in the cup and added ice)



I was truly disappointed. Not to mention the price differance was a few dollars. No refund of difference given. Also the coffee was bitter. No sugar or cream. I prob wont go back tbh.

We were on a road trip, stopped for coffee and a sandwich (awesome by the way). We drove off without getting back debit card. We called, mentioned we were on the turnpike and needed time to get back. The owner brought out the debit card and coupons for free drinks, the dollar for tolls was too much. Please go here spend lots of money. Support this locally owned business, ran with incredible integrity. Customer for life!

Was surprised by the 13.50 for 2 Small smoothies 🙄. Smoothie was Ehh.. Needed some sugar. Staff was realy nice. Line its always long. Not an awful experience but just very expensive. Ima stick to dunkin.

My drink was ok and decent. I ordered a mint mocha. I personally did not feel like wow this is mind blowing awsome. The presentation was nice. Similar prices to Starbucks. They have a drive through although it's awkward due to location. Staff were very friendly. There is alot of variety on the menu. Hoping to try something different next time.

The coffee and the espresso there is absolutely disgusting. Made me sick. I was making a trip down to southern Ohio before I jumped onto the turnpike and Olivia I decided to stop there to get an espresso yesterday. Thought I would try the place out. As I was watching them make drinks. I never once seen anyone wash their hands or nothing. But besides that the drinks were disgusting. The bacteria and that store God knows what could be in there I will be reporting the store to the health department.
