BIGGBY COFFEE

By far the best coffee in Elyria, we are weekend regulars. This store specifically has never let us down, they do get a little busy so bare with them if the mishear you over that annoying car wash they put next door or get a little overwhelmed with crazy lines. They have always gotten everything perfect for us and they few rare times were quickly, and happily fixed for us. They always make sure our pups are well taken care of also, the dogs will literally cry every weekend to go get their pup cups! Thank you to the amazing staff there, we plan to be customers for as long as we live here! Even the food is awesome, the begal sandwiches are so good just ask for extra napkins! 😋

Best and most consistent coffee ever! I have a Dunkin and a Starbucks 5 minutes from home, but I will drive 20 minutes for their coffee! The staff is always friendly and amazing! We have diet restrictions and they never give us a hard time for having a complicated order. Love this place!!!!

Decent coffee, but overpriced. The manager here really needs to revamp the efficiency of this place and train accordingly. Entirely too slow. On average, I spend at least 20 minutes in the drive through.l, and there are at least 5 people making coffee. I want to fully support locally owned businesses but a drive through is designed for much quicker service than this. No apologies after sitting 30 minutes in drive through.

I absolutely love Biggby! The entire team at the Elyria location is super friendly. We especially love when Kennedy is working, she makes the best drinks and always makes it a fun and personal experience! She's always professional. Kennedy always remembers us and our orders. Love it!

The sweet cream foam is the best ever!!! The cold brew sweet cream foam is delish. Weds is a great deal. Buy one, get one!

This location is always fast, friendly and efficient I have never had a bad experience at this location and I will always come back. I think this is some of the best coffee you can get around. Wednesdays are bogo days, usually busier than other days but we'll worth the wait. They also have great sandwhich options too.

First time in here despite it being right down the street. Fantastix drinks with great presentation and a smile.

Wish I could give it 5, because I find everything they sell delicious and the staff is always friendly, but it's slow and pricey. Expect a wait, but it's usually faster to go inside.

Remarkably consistent terrible service. There are 6 people in there or more and yet each car will wait at least 10 minutes once they get to the window. I need coffee fast. I'm late now thanks
