Third Perk Coffeehouse & Wine Bar

The chicken salad was wonderful. It was fresh and had delicious toppings. The coffee and pastry (pecan cookie thing) was super tasty.

This was the best Americano I've ever had.

My drink tasted excellent! The atmosphere was cool! The staff were friendly and attentive. The prices were fair for the quality product I received.

Went for a private screening and they were wonderful hosts. The barista was friendly and the coffee was so so so good. Will definitely be back.

Great place to grab a coffee or a glass of wine with friends. Close to everything, yet often overlooked because it’s just a block away from where most people hang out. Highly recommended!
