Third Perk Coffeehouse & Wine Bar

Low-end, informal coffee shop with lots of room to sit and chat. One visit I ordered a chai latte and got a regular latte, the other visit I got a chai latte. This is the other end of the spectrum from the Ohio Coffee Company a few blocks away, more oriented towards students and the very casual. Friendly, inexpensive.

It was our first time in this morning. My boyfriend had their chili and I got the house salad. Both were delicious. We will be back again. Thanks!

This has always been my favorite coffee and wine place downtown since its inception! This is truly a business serving the community outside of its products. There is ALWAYS something great happening at Third Perk! :)

The atmosphere is nice you can get work done and meet for business or even for just plane fun. The food is awesome. The owner have the most beautiful spirit.

Very Nice Coffee House. GREAT OWNER. Enjoyed good coffee and roast beef sandwich while I waited for my Grandson at the Dayton Chess Club.

I live in Northern Kentucky, and I'll tell you right now, due to my work travel to visit clients, I now make a point to visit 3rd Perk when I am in the area. Absolutely fantastic staff, service, and amenities.

Terrific community coffeehouse! Weekend and evening events are can't miss, eclectic, and popular. Be sure not to miss poetry slam, and did I mention Sunday brunch? Yes!
