It's a great place to start your morning with a hot cup of coffee.
It's a great place to enjoy a relaxing lunch with co-workers.
It's a great place to unwind after a long day with friends and a glass of wine.
It's a great place to rent for hosting a private event.

I have attended many meetings and events at 3rd Perk.. I mostly enjoy me-time while sitting in a corner with my hot beverage and a good book.

Wonderful coffeehouse in the middle of Dayton. Good coffee with some interesting house specials that I have yet to try. There was a vegan pop-up with delicious food when I was there. I would recommend following them on social media as they seem to be very involved with community activities.

First timer here and definitely plan on going back. I Love the friendly people that work their. I would also like to mention that it was the best coffee I had ever tasted. If you were wondering what flavor I had it was the pumpkin spice. Best I ever had.

I ordered a mocha coffee and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich to go. I was informed that there was no more bacon but instead of saying "sorry about it" they gave me suggestions and other options to put on the sandwich instead. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coupled with the food and coffee being excellent, I would definitely suggest stopping by Third Perk Coffeehouse for your morning pick me up.

I was really looking forward to trying this place. Coffee, wine, art and good music--what's not to like? Sadly, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I don't want to bore anyone with all the details--bottom line is, the barista was so rude it was astonishing. Coffee was okay, but certainly not worth feeling unwelcome from the moment I stepped foot in the building.

Lovely POC and woman owned business in downtown Dayton. They were really nice and enjoy their pop up events with Sprouting Dreams LLC. Really good coffee. I have not had the wine yet. Look forward to returning and trying more drinks.

It's my favorite spot in town! I'm there at least once a week (if not more) And to see the growth they have had over these past 3 years has been phenomenal. They have events every week. Wonderful staff, and atmosphere! It really is the People's Coffee Shop!

Great atmosphere..nice meeting place...Greeted with a friendly hello when I entered the coffee shop. I noticed a screen and projector. Not sure if this is offered to public..I didn't eat or drink anything which why I only gave it 3 stars.
UPDATE: Met friend at 3rd Perk for coffee and convo..it was even more comfortable and enjoyable..Major Cudos to the Owner and staff..I’m proud to have this in downtown Dayton!

Olive Juice

One of the best local coffee shops in the Dayton area. I usually go for an Iced Highlander Grogg, which is amazingly smooth and tastes like caramel. The chicken salad sandwiches are phenomenal and the pricing is very, very fair. Doordash also delivers from this shop, which I really appreciate.
