Great coffee at the spot in downtown Dayton. I have an espresso on ice and it was lovely. I will definitely go back anytime I’m in downtown Dayton that’s for sure. The staff is really nice and they are open late!

I would recommend this place and I would go back. The ladies were informative on their products. The atmosphere 👌! A great place to sit & work. I went with my friend to try a new coffee place and catch up on life.

Don't let theses post fool you. This place is a gem 💎 love the coffee and the chicken salad sandwich with grapes wonderful. Don't waste a moment of time and try for yourself.

The food was great and drinks were tasty and fresh. I love the atmosphere. You feel welcomed​ and not a pain as soon as you come in the door. Chill music playing throughout the structure but not loud enough for you to notice immediately or if talking to a friend or on the phone to hear it. They also support a local photographer and photos on the walls are priced. Clean floors and bathrooms. Prices were reasonable and the owner and staff were very hospitable.

This is a great place for college students looking to study or de-stress from class. Perfect for a lunch date, evening coffee or glass of wine. I'm very introverted but love to go out to these kind of places. On my day to find solitude while being in public, 3rd Perk Coffeehouse and Wine Bar delivered​! I will be coming back!

I had an espresso. Normal prices that you'd expect for an espresso (little under $3) and the quality was pretty good as well. It wasn't the best I've had, but certainly good quality.
The shop is located in the ground floor of a taller building, it is fairly easy to miss from the street, unless you know what you're looking for.

A must see in Dayton, OH. The coffee is great and the wine is great as well. The owner, Juanita, is very professional and welcoming; in addition the place is gorgeous. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.

If I had to choose a local spot to grab a great Dirty Chai Latte I would easily run to Third and Perk! The very first time I stopped in the drink I ordered was so amazing I couldn't wait until I could returned to Dayton to go again! There are many different types and styles of drinks and snacks. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. They offer a place that feels like a breathe of fresh air in the hustle of the city. The atmoshphere is what really makes this place a stand out coffee shop. If you get the chance stop by and have a drink, or two!

Black and female owned. Amazingly friendly staff, great vibes, and delicious coffee and light food options. One of my favorite local coffee shops!
