Absolutely amazing. Definitely gained a new customer. I ordered the dark chocolate and raspberry.....mmmh mmmh so good. Atmosphere inside is great. This is really cute place for a coffee date.

One of the best slices of heaven you’ll ever find! I love the green machine and this coffee is 10Xs better than Starbucks. The baristas were very knowledgeable and helped with even though I took a little longer to decide.

Always a nice place to whine down! The Rich Taste Catering event was great. The food was terrific. I also had a couple of nice drinks.

I've been to the downtown location a few times and not once have u been disappointed. The customer service rivals Chick Fil A and the facility is well kept. I had an opportunity to meet the owner of the chain who is an amazing example of a determined entrepreneur, and I believe she will be a millionaire one day. Coffee is delicious, facility is immaculate, and the staff is extraordinarily hospitable. 20/10 stars.

Love it! Great place with friendly staff. Gorgeous interior with great seating inside and outdoor area as well. I am not a coffee drinker so I can only vouch for awesome cold fresh brew and hot tea selection but friends I go with rave about their coffee. Looking forward to trying lunch and also for an evening drink.

Second visit to Third Perk. The staff are so friendly and helpful! Love the atmosphere and the seating is so comfy. Got the chicken salad on a croissant this time and it was amazing! The chicken salad has grapes, apples, green peppers and onion - an amazing flavor experience! And of course the coffee is always great. Thank you again!

Stopped here when I went to pick up my car at AAA across the street and I loved it! I had a muffin and an iced latte that were delicious! It’s an adorable place with cute seating inside and outside! I will definitely come back.

I had a housemaid iced mango sweet tea, and my mother had an iced coffee.. The Establishment was clean, they had a station on playing good music, the staff was very friendly and efficient just like the two other times I have been there. I highly recommend stopping in to this coffee shop next time you are downtown in Dayton.
