We love shopping at Scheels, however, I would suggest an emphasis on pleasant customer service with an employee named Jeremy in the gun department. We came in and asked for the employee who had helped us in the past and were told, "yep he's here somewhere, but I have no idea where." He didn't even raise his head from the gun he was working on. That was it. We wondered around until we saw the gentleman we were looking for. In our many years of previous experiences, I'm pretty sure Scheels would like their employees to be a bit more helpful perhaps?? He came across as rude in our eyes. We will certainly make sure to avoid Jeremy at the Bismark location!

I bought pair of shoes and the young lady whose name I believe was Brenna was very courteous and respectful and patient with me while I was trying on shoes.

I was shopping for sweatpants, I had a question about the price, so I decided to look for a salesman and saw one in that area. I ended up chasing him down because it seemed as though he was avoiding me. Once I finally got his attention, I asked him about the prices on the sweatpants and he replied "Well, there seasonal colors. DON'T YOU KNOW THAT!". And then said "Just like the cars at a car lot!". Then he rudely turned around and walked off. I was left dazed and confused. What ever happened to kind customer service and respect? I noticed that a lot of people working here need to have some more respect for customers.
