I used to really love this place before they rearranged everything. You might feel like a kid getting lost in a giant store. I always find myself running around in circles trying to find certain clothing items. Some things are expensive but worth it. I stop here every time I'm in the area. Their staff is always great at helping you find whatever you need!

This is perhaps the worst place I have ever been too. My father is severely handicapped and just want to use the carts they provide to go check on my mother who was in another store in the mall and the manager refused to let him. My father has bad knees and can barely walk.

My husband and I were looking at gun safes and there was one employee in the area helping another gentleman. Did not acknowledge us. We waited for him to be done and he ignored us and went and helped someone else who had not been in there as long as us. Again no acknowledgement that he would assist us.

Looking at guns... 4 different associates did not acknowledge us. Horrible customer service!!!

Great selection of firearms accesories and reasonably priced ammunition and great optic and scope section just wish they had their employees a bit more spread out possibly? It just seems they congregate together too often and when your just wanting to have a quiet quick shopping experience you got to say no to help 5 times before making it back to the gun section or always have someone over your shoulder which i guess might be a bit of a me problem but i am a bit of an introvert and preffer a non invasive shopping experience we live in an online world why not divert some of these men towards E commerce it is the future ask walmart and amazon?

Has arguably the widest selection when it comes to outdoors/sporting goods. The associates are very friendly and will go out of their way to help and educate you. Prices are not cheap, but that's comes with shopping quality products.

I went in to get some scope rings and I was cautious buying them do to the fact of them selling me the wrong ones so I asked one of the guns “SPECIALIST” if they would fit my rifle and he didn’t hesitate saying they would fit and then blew me off.

Was specifically in Scheels. Sporting store and this one has a full service Sandwich Shop, Coffee and Espresso Shop which also services cold drinks and smoothies. There is also a sweets shop for your chocolate and sweet tooth cravings.

From the beginning I noticed they dont really want to help me from the beginning. Told me that I cant buy a gun because I'm not a citizen. Went to a different place under go the procedure. And bought a rifle. Went back to scheel guy just came up to me with an very unprofessional attitude and said he cannot self me a rifle. Told him that I already bought one.

The lady from the shoe department was AWESOME at helping me find the best pair for my feet!

the white shirts always stare at me like im gonna steal even though ive worked in the mall for 5 years, also their skate selection will never be as good as zumiez, but the cafe is killer and theyre nice
