Great place to shop. They still do Customer Service. Just in case everyone forgot what that is. A real person is there to really help you find what you need.

Ordered some last minute Christmas presents. Good selection, shipped quick. USPS delivered my package to my neighbor, so I emailed Scheels and within 12 hours they had express shipped a replacement through Fedex. It was fantastic customer service.

Scheels is an overall awesome place. I enjoy being a customer for years. Great selection of items. Overall friendly and helpful staff. Mini bowling is fun. Delicious food and coffee shop. Fun selection of clothes. I have had an overall great experience with SCHEELS.

On 8/ 31/21 I received atrocious customer service at SCHEELS bike shop at Kirkwood Mall. I banned my bikes from their bike shop again. I spoke to customer service and management. The customer service lady was helpful and friendly. The manager did a great job listening to my issue. I applaud both people. Thank you.

I like going to this place because it has a lot of options to choose from. If you enjoy hunting there is a wide variety of guns, bow and arrows, and other types of stuff. If you like swords and knives they have a wide variety of swords and knives. They have sporting goods for if you enjoy sports. They also have a really good food place called Gina's Cafe highly recommend it.

We are from Michigan and have been to this store twice, once in March 2021 & then again today, 7/31/21. The staff has been amazing both times! Today we were there for 3 hours & I don't think we missed a section of the store, from football cleats & such for our son, to girls' clothing for our daughter, then throw in fishing supplies, ammunition, boots, etc., The staff was smiling & super helpful everywhere in the store. I don't know what their secret is for this store but it was really refreshing to be around happy staff/people......kudos to Scheels in Bismarck, ND!

The customer service is off the charts! If every business could base there customer service off of this company's values they all would be phenomenal businesses.

I like this place. Great customer service. Tough to get very far without someone asking if they can help...even if just browsing. Then you turn a corner and there is someone else asking if they can help.

I’ve also found it to be nice that normally they have staff that are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. If the individual salesperson doesn’t know, they have no issue going to find someone who does. Especially in the hunting, fishing and gun sections

Time and time again, these Scheels "folk" are superb, absolutely the best. Super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, happy, friendly and professional. No pressure sales also. Combine this with the "no set limit" return policy and the best price matching policy I have ever even heard of, and you have one fine store that won't be losing my business ANY time for the foreseeable future. I am glad to have them here.

Just by chance I Google the store to see if they had what I needed. Sure enough, they did. I was going to order one on line. Good thing I didn't. The part for my bicycle, was $7.00 cheaper at Scholls. Awesome!!! When I checked out. The girl that rand me up exploded with such honesty in our small talk with one another. It was a most enjoyable exit from a very organized store. I've gone to this store many, many, times, and NOT ONCE have I been disappointed. If an employee seems you looking for something, if they aren't with a customer. They will stop what they were doing, rather than say, "go such and such over tbere." They will take you right to it. Alot of compassion and professionalism, in this store.
