They adjusted my gears & breaks on my bicycle today & did an amazing job. The young man was so kind & did a great job.

Really good. I must of looked confused because a worker came over to me and asked if he could help me with anything. I was kind of lost, big store. He kindly took me to where I needed to be. I was way off lol. I appreciated his awareness that I needed something and his willingness to take me right to where I needed to be. Once in the dept. I was looking for (shoes) they're was no waiting time for someone to help me, and they were fairly busy. I am very pleased with my experiences at scheels today.

It is nearly impossible to get help from the people in the shoe department. We stood there waiting for someone to help, but it never happened. The workers are there all over the place. Even when we asked for help, they made it seem like it was a problem, turned around, and went back to the back without asking my shoe size. I can get boots/shoes anywhere. So much for supporting local. If they can't hire people who are willing to help, maybe they should just set the boxes of shoes out for people to find their own sizes.

I decided it was time for a new Bike and had the pleasure of working with Nathan. He was great to work with and not pushy. He took the time to sell me the perfect Trek bike and I absolutely love it. This store and its staff are fantastic I would never go anywhere else.

What a great store! Had an awesome experience. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and really friendly. They have a great selection of all kinds of sporting goods. From clothes, camping gear, hunting items, guns, knives, ammunition, and of course shoes. I will definitely come back to this store.

Went to do some Christmas shopping. The store employees were so friendly and helpful. You can obviously tell people enjoy working here because there wasn’t a lack of customer service. Every time we turned around someone was there to help you. I would definitely recommend family and friends to shop here.

Great place to browse and a wonderful selection of every kind of merchandise you could want ...well in the sporting goods area. We had to buy some of their delicious fudge and my husband sampled the wonderful ice cream.

Got help measuring my son's feet for shoes. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Worked well with my kid especially considering he is young but has large feet requiring shoes from the adult section.

Really frustrated. Bought our treadmill at Scheels because they service the product. Bought a higher end treadmill. They’ve serviced problems when called but with significant down-time. When I recently called with a problem the tech (super nice guy) knew right away what the problem was but had to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out to come to look at it. Then had to order the part he knew was the problem-that was 2 weeks ago. So far it’s been a full month we’ve been unable to use this treadmill and no idea when the part will come in and when the tech will be available to make the repair.

I recently purchased a gun here and I got terrific help doing so... answered all my questions and offered me suggestions on my next purchase.. this is a very well put together store.. everything is really easy to get at and to find just what your looking for... but if you do need some help, they drop what their doing to help you and walk you right where you needed to go... very clean and well stocked store.. Bismarck’s Scheels is the best
