Wonderful experience. I went in to look at purchasing a treadmill and James answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the brands and which one would be best for my training needs. He explained how the delivery and warranties worked. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait for the treadmill to be delivered.

It's basically the grown up version of Toys R Us. You go in, and you're immediately enveloped on a world of amazing outdoor toys and equipment you never knew you always wanted. You could spend forever in here just browsing. However, if you're in a mission to find something in particular, this place is even more exciting. The associates throughout the store are easy to spot in their khakis and buttoned shirts. They know the gear they're selling because they own it themselves. I've only ever had excellent experiences shopping and buying here.

The help I received was amazing. She made sure I was taken care of and all my questions were answered. I didn't get her name 😕 and her mask prevented me from seeing her face, but she was fantastic!

if your a female& wanna buy a big gun better not come with your husband. Management will give you the third degree& question if its really for you, disgusted about the whole process with the manager. just for buying a gun..never again will shop here. local instead. Thanks for the push scheels :)

Went with our family. Purchased $100 plus $. Left for an hour and went back for lunch. Spent $ again. 1 of our bags from a different store ripped. Asked for a bigger bagg to put all stuff in. The clerk told me they can't give out extra bags. Really ?? Poor business.!!! Unreal !! Very unhappy with that policy.

I went most recently to look at winter coats. The staff was friendly and helped answer my questions as they have been everytime I go. They are doing their best to create an atmosphere where everyone can have a comfortable shopping experience. The selection of top and lower priced brands is very good.

Excellent customer service to the guy that sold me the last weight bar, the guy that found a zipper jacket hoodie, and especially the guy that helped me look for a coat from the burton and Columbia coats. He tried to find me the purple color tag 2X coats but didnt have any. I forgot his name but he was very helpful and had an excellent personality. He was funny too. Thanks guys!

This is the best general sporting goods store in the area. They have an extensive selection of golfing, fishing, hunting, archery, frisbee golf, hiking, and biking equipment. I've shopped there many times, and I have not had one interaction with an employee that was unpleasant. They really know how to do customer service. Even if you are just passing through Bismarck, I suggest stopping here.
