Brick Oven Bakery

10/10! We had the pleasure of checking out the Brick Oven Bakery during a recent photography session. Our client was looking for a cozy atmosphere for their senior session and Brick Oven did not disappoint! Not only are their baked goods AMAZING, but the owner Sandy is wonderful! She was so welcoming and generous throughout our time there, which was truly appreciated!

The BEST Cold brew. And the jalapeno bread is wonderful its a loaf, outside nice and crunchy inside is so moist and delicious 👍🤗

Nice place, warm, comfortable, alot of people enjoying their time there. I can see why it is a popular place to have coffee, snacks and sandwiches. Reminds me of the place you hang out with your friends day after day...

One of my favorite places in Bismarck! I walk in and I'm treated like a friend rather than a customer. I've become a frequent guest and enjoy my time there every visit. Their care for their jobs, customers, coffee, and pastries are above and beyond. They have gone as far as to remember names and details that it's become a personal conversation rather than just a coffee order in the morning. Highly recommend.

But for real, you can’t go wrong no matter what you order. The food and pastries are hard to beat. Add that to the cozy, warm atmosphere complete with French music and it feels like a vacation in the middle of Bismarck.
Staff is always super friendly too. It feels great to be welcomed in by name, as it proves their intentionality and heart for the community.
I highly recommend.

This is my favorite place for lunch downtown and I also often pick up pastries and bread for my family for the weekend. Their baked goods are phenomenal, but their food in general is always amazing. Although they obviously specialize in carbs, their salads and hummus plates are also the best in town.

Best atmosphere, best staff, as good as any Paris patisserie ever been to....wonderful crusty bread and pastries OMG....REAL breakfast croissant to die for. Cruffins....omg. Destination place! Great coffee...can't say enough. THANK YOU for coming to Bismarck Sandy. You're a miracle.

My favorite place to open in North Dakota in the last 5 years. They have an incredible aesthetic, exquisite espresso drinks, fresh made pastries, and a homely lunch menu. Sit down, and spend time somewhere you feel right at home.

Absolutely delightful!
The food hits the spot, the coffee was amazing, and the service was superb. Despite arriving in the midst of a lunch rush at just after 12pm, I was in and out in 15 minutes with lunch and drinks for two! I'd attach a photo but we ate everything already!
