Brick Oven Bakery

This will definitely be a stop every time I'm in town. The food, coffee, atmosphere and staff were AMAZING! Thank you for a great way to start my day.

The food and drink, first of all, were amazing. I got a couple of drinks and a sandwich when I first came to the bakery. I was scouting the place for my senior photos and worked up the nerve to ask someone about it and if it would be possible. I ended up talking to the manager I believe and she was lovely. She wasn't quite sure if I could but told me to call them back a couple of hours later because the owner should have responded to the inquiry by then.

I called them back later and the call was a success, they worked with us and we got about an hour before close to work. All the staff was nice and helpful during this time. We always asked if we could move certain things and they always agreed (we never asked about things that would disrupt other patrons or the staff) At the end of the hour and beginning of close the owner gave us (Both my dad and I, and the photographers) boxes of pastries for free as they were going to get thrown out at the end of close anyways, but they still tasted amazing and it was a very kind gesture.

The space was very nice and I got the pictures back and I love them. The atmosphere contributed to the pictures in a great way. I wanted to say thank you again to the owner and the establishment.

A fine venue, soothing atmosphere and ambiance. Parking little tricky but everything else is all good.

If only I could give more stars. We had a salad that was one of the best ever. Then we had a croissant that was one of the best ever. Amazing coffee. Perfect atmosphere and perfect service too. Best bakery!

My wife and I visited from Jamestown for the first time last weekend. We picked up 4-5 items and have tried most in the last few days. Everything has been delicious! We were especially impressed with the croissants. Our only suggestion would be to add a chocolate drizzle to the top of the choc croissants - but hard to pick apart something that's basically perfect as is. Good work, we'll be back.

Their chicken salad sandwich is SO GOOD, it reminds me why I'm alive 😋 😌

Beautifully refurbished bakery in downtown Bismarck. We tried several of there pastries and everything was delicious. My personal favorite was the chocolate croissant.

I love going here with my grandparents. Its a very nice place to hang out briefly or stay for a hours! The baked goods are stunning. There are no better baked goods in Bismarck.

Amazing baked goods and coffees and teas. We had a cinnamon twist, lemon bar and almond croissant along with a variety of coffee and tea. I love the atmosphere , the service is great and their handmade breads are really great too. One of my favorite places to go in Bismarck! You will not be disappointed with them!

Best bakery in town! Everything here is delicious, especially the pecan caramel rolls!
I recently ordered a angry Frenchman as it sounded a lot like the Mexican mocha. It was 100x better! Lots of spice for the win. One of my favorite coffees of all time. The Miel was also fantastic!
