Caribou Coffee

This is one of my favorite coffee places ever. They are always so nice and friendly. I ALWAYS have an amazing experience here. This is the best caribou location I have ever been too and am going to miss it when I graduate and move away.

Gave it 3 stars cause the drinks are good but what is the deal with them not having the chicken charizo burrito anymore for two weeks straight, most of their products are not available to order and it has been days!!! Are they closing or did they not order anything???? My boyfriend and i love going to this place to relax and enjoying our time but with products missing its hard to do that now when we love their products!!!! And you have to order online here again!!!

Service is so ridiculously slow. I stopped going here forever a bit because I'd wait at the register for 3 minutes before someone would come over to take my order. Ordering a coffee became a 10 minute ordeal. And there was nobody else inside ordering.

Due to the traffic at Starbucks I stopped here and went thru the drive thru with one car in front of me. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The whole process took over 10 minutes. I understand that they were short staffed and to the workers there thank you for doing your best.... But this is unacceptable from management. It is clear you are slow on a daily basis. Hire more employees or risk losing even more customers.

I love my friends at Caribou! They always take care of my coffee needs every single morning. The mobile app is heaven!

Heather provided excellent service when I was accidentally charged twice. I love coming here when I visit.

I end up meeting someone here almost every week. The outside seating is nice and the wifi is reliable. Definitely get the rewards for discounts and free items.

horrible service, waited 20 minutes for a bagel and had to remind them i needed my bagel but they were too busy laughing in the back and talking.

December 26th I ordered a extra large dark chocolate turtle cooler received a extra large white chocolate cooler today when I was told to come back today to fix it I received the same drink but a large white chocolate cooler when I ordered a dark extra large this place just does not care about the customer's orders there's constantly messing up people's orders and just don't fix them doesn't care about the customer's

My lady says the frappe was delicious and are Blended coffees were excellent too! Try the dragon fruit Blended smoothie, it is refreshingly clean and yummy tasting!
