It is always a guarantee that when I come to Steep Me, I will get the very best service! Everyone is so caring and knowledgable. I would give 10 stars if I could!

While these may be expensive they are very well put together and even have instructions on proper use of the teas. These are not cheap made teas like lipton or anything like that, very high quality. The woman there was very helpful and gave good advise on what kinds to try!

Incredible service! Came with a friend and as soon as we walked in the shop owners were friendly and gave us their full attention. They make all of their own tea, and it all has the Pride of ND label. We talked about how their tea is made, the different types that provide health benefits, and when we talked about some concerns, they gave us a free bottle! Perfect local place to buy tea, and the drinks you can order are so good! Organic and sugar free - delicious! Plus it’s super cute ;)

I absolutely love this shop! I order from them pretty regularly on DoorDash. I finally found the location in town. I forgot the young lady name (i came in on Friday 4/29 @3:15pm) but she was Soooooo nice and her customer service skills are ON POINT! She is very informed with the products and what they do. Along with what to recommend for you.

I absolutely loved it!
I bought and drink and some herbs for the diabetic tea.
It’s rare i receive this type of service in town (being treated like a human) so they now have a loyal customer FOR LIFE!!!

Also try their PINK DRINK! Especially if you’re under the weather! Soo good!

Staff was friendly, but nothing was labeled with prices, which made it difficult to shop. Environment not super great for doing much except ordering and leaving, which is fine if you want a to-go cup, but I wouldn't recommend going to have a conversation. A cup of tea cost me $9, and I wasn't super impressed with it. It was good quality for sure, and I appreciate all that the business supports, but not worth that much money.

In response to your reply - I understand you have devoted a lot of time and effort into this. I just think it would be better for you to list your prices.

I absolutely love this place! Atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is extremely educated with the tea's. If you have and illness they can hook you up with a delicious tea that can help you. They even have a tea product for lactating mom's that will help both mom and the baby! I highly recommend this establishment and it's locally owned and operated.🖒❤

The most caring and personal shop I have ever ever been too. I am a fan of the non alcoholic beer options !! Will be back to try out the natural medicine.

Great place and atmosphere! They have a great variety of hot and cold teas..... my favorite, tea lattes! If you cannot have dairy or soy, they offer coconut milk without the extra sugars! The owners are friendly and make you want to stay. So happy Bismarck has a great tea place :)

Wow! So informative! They have herbal relief for almost anything. We love the containers. This is chemical free and organic. They also have Tinctures. I highly recommend this place especially for the anything that is ailing you. Right now they do have some winter special blends that are going fast. We picked up the citrus sunshine tea. Very nice color and blend. We also picked up a tincture. The tincture we got was for anxiety. The tincture is great because it is not conflicting with other medications and is not making us tiered. So it is a win win for us. I am SURE if you come down for your elderly parents or yourself you won't be disappointed. Thanks for reading my review. The selection of teas and tea products are excellent! The staff is super knowledgeable if you want a tea for something specific. They have numerous pre-brewed teas on ice as specials that you can sample. Plus they will make up any quantity of a tea that you want so you don't have to buy a whole tin if you are on the fence. Nice comfy sitting area as well.
