Krispy Kreme

Pretty good location. Been a great location to visit when I'm in town. 14December2019 was the first time I've ever had any issues here and it was because they were completely out of Glazed Donuts with a crowd of folks in line and no apparent fresh glazed donuts being prepared at the time. We called and spoke with the manager and she was a very awesome lady who went out of her way to go above and beyond to make it up to us for not being able to satiate our need to be a fat body and indulge in some of those warm delicious little fatty cakes we call Krispy Kreme Donuts. Thanks again for taking care of us.

Talk about a Krispy Kreme that does not have their s*it together. This is the worst one I have ever been to by a longshot.
No lighting in the drive through menu so you have to use your own cellphone light.
The store doesn't even look like it's open from the outside.
When you get here first thing in the morning they have absolutely nothing to pick from besides "we're sold out".

And then after paying for my entire order they tell me that m Brew boxes are sold out as well.

I will not be returning to the store ever.

I have given it several more attempts over the past year or so, hoping it would get better, but it just doesn't. I only go if the hot light is on, but they aren't hot. Taste like it was made much earlier and just sat there. I won't be back.

Have coupon stating 6.99 a dozen for fri-sat -Sun limit 4 dozen.I ordered 2 dozen and pulled up and the very unfriendly employee told me my total was 20.09 for two dozen.I said no,because the e-mail stated 6.99 a dozen.She decides to yell across the entire store to another employee. The other employee tells out,they know it's only for 1 dozen.so I left with 1 dozen.When I stopped and checked again the email was for up to 4 dozen.Untrained and very rude employees! Will not be going back.

Both the website and the front door of this location stated that they open at 6am. We arrived just before 7 and there were employees in the parking lot and the smell of donuts in the air, but the doors were locked, the drive-thru was blocked off, and there was no explanation or change of hours posted on the doors. We waited til after 7am just in case they were opening late and it still did not open. Nobody answered the phone either. A friend in the area was surprised so she stopped by the following day around lunchtime and it was the same then too. Highly disappointed!

The doughnuts are excellent, the only issue I had was that the open lights were off even though the store was open, we almost left before going in.

Every time I visit a Krispy Kreme it seems the donuts get smaller and the price gets higher. Paid over $10 for a dozen plain glazed donuts that weren't even straight off the "hot" line. The employees however were very friendly and courteous.

Worst employees ever! Extremely Rude !

This location is really a disappointment. The drive thru menu and speaker is NEVER WORKING. They won’t even take the “extra effort” to put out a sign that says it’s not working and to drive around to the window to order. Myself and others took the liberty to do so and come at the window there is no menu to order from, the customer service is terrible, and to top it off they never have fresh doughnuts. In fact they don’t ever even have all the doughnuts. Constantly out of flavors and I was given what they had which tasted to be about 2-3 days old with hard doughnuts and dry glaze. The hot sign is never on and the quality of doughnuts are terrible.

Save your money and go to a different location! Hell, even go to Dunkin.

They were fast..doughnuts were not hot and fresh at the time but they were still good. Service was okay other than couldnt really understand the lady who took our order and I'm assuming its due to the fact she was wearing a mask so can't complain. Easy to get in and out of their parking lot so that was a plus.
