The young girl that helped up seemed like she could careless, she wasn't professional at all nor was she friendly..she wasn't even friendly to her co workers. I actually felt bad for her co workers.. There wasn't much to choose from as far as doughnuts...

They just opened 30 minutes before - I showed up, I was expecting like warm new fresh original donuts I got a dozen of COLD day old donuts. IT took them 25 minutes to hand over day old donuts. I went back to get fresh donuts they told me I would need to wait a hour?! Say what? They told me to microwave them. I got a refund.
Not fresh. elevated prices. First time I have ever gotten a refund for donuts.

I love this location! Very friendly and clean! The supervisor was very friendly!! The bathroom was neat and lots of cleaning was happening in-between customers.

DELICIOUS!! We did not go when the hot sign was on but the doughnuts were fresh and the ladies at the counter were super sweet. They were very friendly and polite.

Pretty sure I'll never outgrow that happy feeling when I see the hot sign on. Service is fast and employees keep the doughnuts rolling out. Super cute St. Patrick's Day assortment!

Not impressed. Service was bad & even though there were trays of tons of donuts I limited by what I was allowed to order…

Over half the time I drive through they do not have the original glazed donuts. Very disappointing and wasting my time driving from Southport.

What a great staff taking the time to listen and pack a dozen donuts that my grandchildren were ordering.

Fresh off the racks on a Sunday evening, Krispy Kreme came through. The glazed were hot off the belt and the chocolate iced glazed hadn't been sitting long either. Fast, efficient, warm and delicious.
One opportunity: I've been eating Krispy Kreme Donuts for 35 + years and I miss the good days where each Krispy Kreme offered and advertised a free donut per customer when that neon red sign was lit. You always had to go inside, but once you did, you could always see the mini donut factory in motion, producing soft & hot rings of goodness before placing your order and being given one of those fresh treats with a smile. Based on my understanding, it is now only "select" stores that participate in this tradition and this College Rd. location is not a participant. It's kind of a bummer too. I was happy walking out with our assorted dozen for $14, but would have been thrilled with a baker's dozen with that extra one offered up as a Krispy Kreme traditional trademark. I believe if this location went back with this tradition, the loss of 1 donut per order could be a win / win for the customers and the owners, both. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with amazing evening donuts. Just nothing that truly blew me away or exceeded my expectations. 4 STARS!!

Not much to say here, everything you would expect from Krispy Kreme. Great service, great quality, and great taste.
