If you want to drink coffee like a local, Third Place is your spot. It is a Raleigh icon and has excellent staff, a relaxed vibe, and great coffee. Parking on Glenwood is precarious so just turn down the next street for parking!

A wonderful way to start my day! It feels more like family at the Third Place and Josh makes the best egg/cheese bagel I've ever had! Selection is good; muffins wonderful! Parking on Glenwood Ave is the only downside, especially on busy weekends. But worth it!

I have never been to the third place coffee shop and I was excited to go. A lot of locals had written good reviews on it and when I walked in it was a cozy environment.

The service was OK, which doesn’t bother me really. After I asked for my vanilla latte with oat milk, they said the total would be $9.04. I hesitated for a second, and then paid. I have never paid nine dollars for a latte in a city before, even in NYC.

I’m not quite sure why the high cost, but I won’t be coming back as that is not sustainable for me.

Fantastic spot with great drinks and lovely people! A must-visit in Raleigh.

This place has a nice community feel. The owner and staff know my name. The drinks and food are good. They are dog friendly with water bowls outside for your pooch. Parking can be a challenge.

My favorite coffee shop in Raleigh! I love the Third Place Chai and the vegan banana chocolate chip muffins are so moist and delicious. Also love the vegan monster cookies (ok all the cookies tbh) and the variety of vegan baked goods offered. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and there is a great neighborhood atmosphere.

First time visiting this little shop and so glad I did. Got a bacon egg and cheese croissant that was sized and delicious. They have bottled Tropicana which is my favorite oj. Very friendly local bunch in there. Note: best to go around the block to park on the backside in 2 hour street spots.

Cute atmosphere, got an almond milk chai latte. Was ok, needed more chai flavor. Cute local gifts and coffee for sale.

Excellent coffee, looks like they use Larry's. Fresh bagels and muffins always delicious with jam on the side.
