Excellent coffee, espresso, tea, food and treats. So unique and delicious. You can tell so much care and intention is put into everything they do. Absolutely beautiful space, and very kind staff and owners. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Raleigh. Still enjoying picking up local Little Waves Coffee beans and take out treats during the pandemic.

I went for a caffeine pick me up and chatted with my try cool places partner. To our surprise the place was Coffee, Tea (and they do tea right), and Saké soooooo you "just saké to me baby lol." I got the Cortado and partner got a rich full flavored Latté. We both enjoyed our beverage and took in the setting, we talked about the idea of the place and saw that it worked. Loved seeing other liked minded people enjoy and congregate in this space they have created. Staff was nice and it just a quick walk from morgan street food hall where the food and drink and space is great but when you need caffeine I would walk here first! Parking is parking because you know, it is downtown and all. Ill6be back to this place for sure next time I'm in Raleigh area, but I'll have some saké next time lol!

This is for prior visits but I realized I never reviewed this place, and I should have.
We've always had stellar coffee, wonderful service, and fantastic food.
Two years in a row me and my partner got our anniversary lunch from here, and it's always a treat even when it's not a special occasion.
The newer menu is just as tasty as the old one was I think.

Terrific Coffee, superstar people, and...um, there's sake. I came here when I had just one day in Raleigh while traveling. Not only did I get a tasty cappucino to start my day off, but Anna, a barista, gave me so many recommendations for how to spend my day in the area. She's a total foodie and ambassador of Raleigh - and knows her stuff. If you go, you must try their exclusive drink, the Laotian Fog (which is a kind of sweet, frothy tea.) It's superb. And, while I was way too early in the morning for this, you might as well treat yourself to a 3 oz pour of sake - they sport a wonderful collection of that, too.

Though Heirloom has yet to officially open, I was lucky enough to attend a preview. The space is bright and the interior design is trendy and vibrant yet cozy and inviting. The staff could not have been more polite; I spoke to every employee there and each was friendly and courteous. The cocktail described to me as “a sake-based spin on a piña colada” was hands down one of the best I’ve had in Raleigh. And I’ve had quite a few. I highly recommend this spot and I eagerly await the opportunity to visit again.

Best coffee shop I've been to in Raleigh. My favorite is an iced coffee with five spice and brown sugar.
They also are very kind as they gave me a free cup of coffee when they saw my car being towed after someone hit it outside the shop.
Thank you Heirloom!

Cute place, friendly staff, but it’s a tea place where the only black tea they offer is a pu-erh. And not an interesting one.

They arbitrarily close the kitchen, and don't make a note of it anywhere. We traveled 30 minutes to eat here and were turned away.

Such a cute cafe! I tried their matcha latte and it was so creamy! They also have delicious hot lattes, and I loved the decor. Also right around the corner is a cute area for photos as well!

Really great tea and coffee options. Whilst the tea is some of the best I’ve had, the price is on the very high side, especially considering the location. Will definitely visit again though !
