Morning View Coffee House

Great food. Incredible views of the sound!

We went for a coffee and stayed for the sweetest dogs, Layla and Loralai. We visited Morning View for the first time this year on vacation because it was around the corner from our cottage, and we went back every morning because we loved it so much. These are the items we ordered: chocolate chip cookie (best I've ever had and I'm a cookie monster), coconut macadamia cookie, the cinnamon chip muffin, the cold brew with sugar free syrups, an iced coffee, the mermaid, the southswell, the frozen white mocha. If I were to recommend our top three, the mermaid, the cold brew and the chocolate chip cookie. The service was perfect. Every single thing was delicious and I'm going to miss it the most out of everything we enjoyed on vacation. Can't wait to come back soon! If I could give this place 10 stars I would ❤️

Great quality coffee! Has an amazing atmosphere and all displayed artwork on the walls are for sale!

My little sister and I stopped in here over spring break after watching the sunrise over the beach. It was such a cute little coffee shop! We loved the outdoor seating area in the back. I got an iced latte with caramel and vanilla bean and she got the sandbar, both drinks were delicious! The girls working were super sweet! 10/10 would go again if I’m ever back in OBX

Awesome coffee stop. Great coffee, super efficient (as compared to Front Porch Cafe) and the shop dogs were a bonus. Will go back again!

Cozy local coffee shop, they got outdoor seats at the back of the shop too (little cute garden) good for fall (since it is not too hot or cold in my opinion)

Yum! Really great drinks and really cool atmosphere. Also a great assortment of mugs to purchase. Loved the chai and the mocha, and would definitely go back!

Had a good experience here. We went about 1pm and had the place to ourselves so our 1 year old could walk around and eat snacks after being in the car for a while. I got the Mermaid drink (vanilla and lavender) Husband got a pistachio cold brew. Coffee was so good we got some whole bean to take home. I almost got another small coffee of the month to go, but refrained.

I want to give this more stars— the vibes were cool, and the workers were really nice. But my latte was not good— it tasted watery. Better luck next time!
