Morning View Coffee House

I love the coffee.We make the stop every time we are in town.

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday and will be headed back today. Delicious coffee and the staff was friendly! I love that people had their dogs inside the shop with them... Makes for a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. The only downfall is that when we went, the line was at the door and the shop is quite small so it can be a little crowded. Can't wait to go back today!

The whole place was cute and wonderful! I loved the selection of all the mugs, I wish I had been able to buy some!
The coffees were really good, it was the first place to get me to try the lavender vanilla latte, basically by calling it the mermaid lol my hubby loved his salted caramel coffee with almond milk and I tasted it and it was way better than any other place we’ve gotten it from!
Also was able to buy some reusable straws and cleaners which I had been waiting wanting to do for a while but it was too expensive until now. Thanks!!

The croissants are really good. So is the coffee. The servers are really sweet and adorable.

I got an iced coffee and it was delicious! What a cute coffee shop with a large variety of choices.

This is a great little coffee shop and is so cozy! The price point is not out of the ball park and the atmosphere is one that brings you back time and time again. The shop has the cutest little mugs and other little gift items. So impressed with such a great little best kept secret...but i let the cat out of the bag...go get the best coffee and a little mug too!

Day 1, I could smell the fresh ground coffee from the parking lot and i just knew i was in heaven. Fresh, fresh, fresh. This was a daily stop for us to get us started right. This is such a unique place and gets pretty busy, but the staff does not mess around and are super fast!! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that most of the staff didn't really seem like morning people and not a lot of smiles. But they certainly get the job done and I absolutely reccommend this place over and over! Enjoy the coffee and the morning eats. You'll be glad you did.

FYI, all the coffee mugs are great for gifting. I received one as a gift that I almost bought for myself, funny how that worked out. I absolutely love it!!! And don't forget to by the bean/ground coffee to bring home. Amazing!!! Thank you, to all of the staff! You really work hard and it shows.

Excellent coffee (their cold brew is the best around) and some tea options, good pastries but no "real" food. Staff if friendly and quick. The resident dog has free roam of the shop but it's never a bother and is quite friendly. Seating is limited, but there is an outdoor area when weather permits. All in all, my favorite coffee shop in the Outer Banks.

If you just want a great cup of coffee on your way to the Outter Banks - this place is it. They roast their own beans so it's really fresh. Great coffee. If you are a foodie, however, bring your own sweetener.

We were pretty bummed when they wanted to charge us $1 for an extra cup.

If you're kinda looking for the WHOLE coffee house experience - this is not it. Sadly the owner isn't super friendly, a tad on the grump side. Her forte is probably more business vs upfront customer service.

Another note that my kids pointed out is that there are a lot of rules in this coffee shop. Random rule-signs are posted throughout the establishment. Some necessary; some not. And they get in the way of the whole experience. Although the coffee was good it left me unsatisfied.

Service was fast even though they were packed, but the caramel machiato and mocha I ordered had the consistency of syrup along with the sugar to make your stomach sick. The coffee flavor seems to be good, so you may have better results with a standard coffee and adding your own cream/sugar.
