Cafegency Insurance

I come here pretty often. It's conveniently located and has a nice atmosphere. Oh and the coffee is great! I get most of my coffee beans from Cafegency.

I like this coffee shop, looks friendly and looks neat. I’m coming to this place again. Also getting a warm latte is the absolute best.

First time there and it's a very nice, cozy, and clean place with decent prices for their drinks vs. other popular coffee places I've been to.

After reading over some of the other reviews I might as well add mine. Caffagency IE- Nationwide Insurance: Mr. Joe Fowler's agency is probably one of the most concerning agencies I have dealt with. They were very up front with me and on top of things when they were earning my business and now that I need them or have been trying to communicate with them about issues there is no response from Joe or Ryan. I am very upset. It seems customer service is their last priority. If you want the hands on one on one experience and someone who really cares about you as a customer RUN FROM THIS AGENCY. FIND ANOTHER NATIONWIDE AGENCY.

Ladies and gentlemen, do not be fooled by Joe Fowler stale customer service. He will smile, and chat with you an make you feel welcomed back. But, ultimately the man is a snake in the grass. This is also why some individuals have stopped conducting business with him. Never work there. He doesn't have the "set" to terminate someone's position face to face with them, hed rather do it by text message and not have to face anyone. Which is the way cowards in the new generation of days handle things. Wish nothing by success for him, but I'm also giving my honest and personal opinion on the establishment and the individual running the establishment.

Great atmosphere, coffee was delicious, and customer service was even better. Definitely stop in when youre in town!
