Shop is located in a beautiful victorian style bed and breakfast in a neighborhood just off downtown, providing a much different coffee shop experience. Inside or walk up, outside window to suit your preference. Sit on the porch or in one of several rooms throughout the house to enjoy what is good quality espresso. Enjoyed our conversation with one of the residents. Would love to try the Sunday brunch there!

If you enjoy the experience of an excellent cappuccino, perhaps a fresh pastry or breakfast sandwich with a cozy indoor seating area and neighborhood atmosphere, you need to check out Borough Coffee location in Double Oaks B&B (You’ll feel like you’re on vacation). Takeout window also available. This is a true genuine coffee house, the real deal, not a generic run of the mill national chain with bland coffee.

Perfect place to grab a coffee while on a walk in the area or exploring Greensboro. It is located in a side section of a B&B, but there are signs on the road leading to it so it can be found. Solid cappuccino, pleasant garden views, and the service is always nice.

Was visiting Greensboro for holidays. Stopped by for a cup of coffee. Greg, Ashley, and Julio were extremely friendly. Enjoyed my Mocha and was delighted with the ❤️ design in my foam. We sat inside to enjoy our drinks.

Located inside Double Oaks Bed and Breakfast, the prep and serving are done from a small, cozy, meticulously organized converted sunroom off the front porch so that patrons can be served both indoors in the formal dining area shared with Inn guests or outdoors for guests who may want to enjoy sitting on the rounded large porch.

My favorite spot to sip, read or work, due to the current season and chill in the air most mornings is in cozy corner at a table for two by the radiator in the rounded windows facing a northern view of the property’s garden.

This location is great for overnight stays, booking meetings, and perhaps small intimate gatherings. There’s a library, living area, beautiful piano in one of the rooms and whispers of the Inn’s chef expanding his menu to serve both Inn guests and cafe customers…Oh, and please note that the Chai Latte with plant based oat milk is second to none, as it tastes absolutely amazing.

The property itself is like a time capsule, the owners did a wonderful job of preserving the architecture and furnishings. There’s even a classic yellow truck parked outside of the establishment.

Parking may become a challenge as more patrons become aware of how great this place is as there’s a school across the street, but this is a walkable neighborhood.

I plan to visit for a cup of tea often.

Easily the best spot in Greensboro for coffee, tea, or just to hang out and work.

Best coffee (drip and specialty) in town, and you can buy Loom's beans; pastries by Black Magnolia and Camino; tasty unique breakfast sandwiches; super fast internet, and great vibes cap it all off. Service is friendly and goes above and beyond.

If you go once, it'll become your new regular spot.
